I am currently going through the most painful experience regarding my booking with last minute.com which is yet to be resolved. For my anniversary present to my boyfriend I wanted to surprise him with a trip away. I have never used lastminute.com and I will never use them again after this. I am having a similar problem with last minutes' helpful 'alternatives'. A month after booking a package holiday we were advised that the flight (12 noon) was no longer available and provided an alternative flight departing at 6.AM ARE THEY CRAZY?!!!. I'm travelling with a parent in her mid-80's so there is simply not acceptable.

I hope your complaint will be resolve to your satisfaction. As we have had no meaningful dialogue with last minute, I intend to publise my compliant on every social media post I can find. Good Luck!

I feel your pain, it has been so horrible and stressful. They completely have you as they have your money. It’s horrible. I have gone onto their facebook which they keep trying to shut down. I would suggest you do the same. Good luck!

Do not use if you want an honest, helpful service This company have taken a payment of over £100 for a service that was not authorised by me. After trying to contact them countless times I have been unsuccessful with receiving an adequate response and explanation. How this has been allowed - I do not know! Absolutely disgraceful conduct from such a well known company. Unacceptable service, flight changed without notice to a connection that it was not possible to catch due to connection times. New onward flights had to be purchased at great personal expense. Truly disgusting company. My husband and I recently booked to go to Istanbul on New Year's Eve but I made a mistake and inputted the wrong names by accident ( it was 3 am in the morning). I immediately phoned them up and they started the name change request on the 1st jan 2019. “Worst online travel agents ”

Last minute have unethical business practice. Phone number and customer service impossible to get through. They need to change policy on refund or provide an exchange. I will never use lastminute and would not recommend anyone book with lastminute. I wanted to make changes and informed them within 24hrs. It was a genuine excuse during the Paris riots. booked a Flight & Hotel package through Lastminute.com. Lastminute.com cancelled my flights, offered no alternative and left me liable for a hotel cancellation fee of £175. They have undeniably admitted it was their responsibility but refuse to refund the hotel cancellation fee. Their excuse is that the hotel is through their partner company Booking.com. Absolutely Awful! Book your tickets through the air carrier's and spend less!! I booked through lastminute and i confirmed I didn't want insurance. After they showed me the amount and asked me to enter my card details they gave another pop up just to catch people off guard and take their money. Booked a weekend in amsterdam. Hotel is nice however its supposed to be 0.8 miles from city center its 15 miles. Booked us on flights from two different airports return flight is 70 miles away and not allowed are bags. 3 nights cost £395 each so wasn't cheap would never use again… Read Full Review
