GREAT!! should have brought one years ago, as soon as i received these straighteners direct from GHD, within 24hrs, i knew i had not waste-d my money, quality product. They may appear an expensive purchase at first, but once they are in your ownership you feel, professionally equipped.. Love the speed they reach temperature, then the bleep within a minute they are ready, plus they have a switch off mode when left on..This new-er model has an international plug, so you can take it anywhere. I gave my purchase a lot of thought before buying but i,m so glad i made this decision.GHD have a great back after sales as well.

I love the GHD Mini Styler Hairstraighteners, they look so cool but even so (cos looks aren't everything) they achieve great results on my hair. I'm about to buy my first pair as so far I'm borrowing friends ones, she swears by them, they are long-lasting, will last a few years easily.

Was very good for styling. Very expensive and over rated but still very good. Very expensive when other straighteners are just as good if not better

I have used other straighteners which never did a lot for my hair and took 1hour plus to get a not a perfect result. This product is great for my hair.

This is a great product, worth every penny. It is much better than any other straighteners I have ever used as the ghd mini styler is much easier to use and gets much better results.

I love this product because it is absolutely ideal for us guys with short hair who want it straight. Now guys can achieve straight hair with even more ease. Short, hot hair in minutes.

The GHD Mini Styler hair straighteners are great, and I love the bluetooth feature; they are one of a kind, and I don't think anyone else has a pair quite like mine. Word of advice, don't leave them in your hair too long, and don't have any flammable substances nearby.

I got these for my birthday and they are excellent on my hair I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for decent straighteners. I just absolutely love them to bits I'm thinking of getting bigger ones though because I just got extensions on my hair so I need bigger ones. Fabulous straighteners! Definitely recommended.

The GHD Mini Styler is a very good product! It is expensive, but it has been worth all the money spent (about £80), and I have saved money and time at the hairdressers.
It is a good investment, especially for people with short and frizzy hair like mine.

GHD Mini Styler: I have had hair straighteners before but they didn't seem to work and I gave up on them, thinking my hair just wasn't suited to them. I now realise that the stylers I had were of poor quality and that it is definitely worth paying more.
I first discovered the mini styler whilst waiting for my brother to have his hair cut. I struck up a conversation with the stylist about the styler he was using and he called me over for a demonstration. I was so impressed with the results that I ordered mine that very afternoon.
The styler is designed for short hair or for men. But don't take any notice of that! I have pretty long and very thick hair and it works a treat for me. I can straighten my hair in about 10 minutes - it certainly saves me the bother of having to dry my hair straight with the hair dryer first. The advantage of the mini styler over the standard styler is the slimmer barrel which enables me to create ringlets or flicks just by twisting the styler on the way down the hair shaft.
It heats up in 7 seconds flat which is a life saver for me if I want to get my hair looking good 5 minutes before I leave the house. And it is so much better for your hair than the cheaper metal plate irons. The GHD website says it best (www.ghd.uk.com), "Seals in moisture and natural oils in the hair without drying and gives a fantastic smooth finish on those frizzy bad hair days!"
I don't know how my hair style survived before I purchased the ghd mini styler. It's my most prized vanity possession and I take it everyway. Because it's smaller, it's also much easier to pack.
At £80.95 r.r.p. it's a bit pricey but shop around on the net and you can find it cheaper. I think I bought mine for £71 brand new. And it was the best money I ever spent. You get what you pay for , and I think the styler is well worth investing in. I've had mine for over a year and, after several hundred uses it works as if it was still brand new - never disappointed! Would recommend to anyone.

great, very detailed review, you review has definitley increased my desire to purchase the ghd's in question however being a 15 year old male teenager, my parents are reluctant to spend the amount on a hair straightener for me and i have no other source of income aside form the salon i work in, and i am saving up for my holidays, arrrgh !!!!!!!!! i HAVE looked around and have managed to find a pair for £66 brand new and even cheaper on ebay, however im not sure whether or not to take the risk or getting a faulty pair from ebay. quite a predicament !! thanks for the help though, much appreciated. by the way..........im not gay LOL
