Nice Interface With Multiple Video And Audio Chann

Nice interface with multiple video and audio channels, very easy to manipulate. this Magix Movie Edit Pro 2005 is potentialy a very good program, but in my opinion badly let down by customer / technical support and bugs. If you edit a picture from the timeline it seems to refuse to update, and will only do so if the filename of the picture is changed! On the online support there are many instances of people asking questions but it seems no responses. In the help files you may find reference to your query but with unclear explanations.

If another company took this over and improved the faults I think it would be a winner. The present company appear to just want your money, after that you're on your own and will be disappointed.

I Started With Ulead Videostudio 8 Which I Found A

I started with Ulead Videostudio 8 which I found a little awkward to use, but it worked. I then went to Pinnacle Studio 9 because the interface was better thought out and I liked using it. However, it continually crashed and would never burn a DVD - looks good but complete rubbish. I then thought spending more money was the answer, so I bought Pinnacle Edition 4.5. This was buggy and crashed a lot, so when available I upgraded to 5.5 and then Liquid Edition 6 (a total cost of £800). This was unstable, and the transitions often flickered and it still would not burn DVD's. I upgraded to an HP Dual Xeon 3.2GHz workstation, and I still had the same result.

Finally, I found Magix Movie Edit Pro. It has great features, is easy to use, very stable and always burns DVD's perfectly, and (especially compared to Studio9) it works great, even on my 1.4GHz laptop - amazing. Transitions are limited, but version 10 seems to be a lot better. Don't be put off by the price, it is a gem. Upgrading to 10 soon. I never write reviews, but I have been so pleased with this software that I had to.

I couldn't believe, until I tried it, this software has professional qualities I haven't found my my roxio 7.5 editing software. It appears to me to be a promotion giveaway at a price unbeatable. Umm, I say about 30.00 bucks. I highly recommend it .

At £27 This Is An Absolute Must Buy For Anyo

At £27 this is an absolute must buy for anyone wanting to create professional movies from their camcorders. It has all the features of the more expensive software products on the market but at a fraction of the price.

The instructions are a bit of a let as they don't go into much detail and it really is up to you to learn. After a couple of hours of clicking around through the menus I was really starting to get the hang of it and I'm sure you'll be able to do the same. This software can even copy your production straight to dvd so you don't even have to mess around with other software when you have completed your film. A must - highly recommended.
