I bought a Masterbell card from the website to call Russia. They said they had the lowest rate but the balance dropped faster than I expected. I couldn't connect some of the times and when I called their customer service department, they told me they cannot really help me because of the lines in Russia. I tried calling with my regular phone provider and it worked. Don't recommend it unless you want to throw some money away.

I ordered a phone card one evening, about 19:00 PDT, and never received an access number or PIN. Because Masterbell close at 20:00 EDT, I left a message requesting a call back. About noon PDT I called them, and I got a woman with an Asian accent who said I received the access number and pin, and when I said that I had not, she did not like my attitude, so I said that Com-Fi sucked compared to Masterbell, and she would not do anything until I apologized. Which I didn't. I cancelled my order and received confirmation that it had been cancelled.

Masterbell took my money for a phone card and wasted my time. They never answer customer service calls, took money from my account, and refused to deliver the product. I will not use them again, or recommend them.

I had a very good experience with the Masterbell web site. I had to fly to Italy and needed a card ASAP. I received it in 3 minutes after submitting my credit card information.
