“Horrendous customer service”

I have never come across such an incompetent company. They have absolutely no concern whatsoever that their systems are insecure and their customer service is non existent. I've sent 3 emails - no reply, made 7 phone calls - no action. I just get to speak to a representative who is reading from a script as English is not their first language. I've been experiencing the same with these!! They sent me 2 dinner sets that I didn't even order as I did not go through the check out procedure, I simply placed them into the basket for possibly a later date or may be never. I have spent hours & hours trying to contact them but have now passed it onto Trading Standards who are willing to try to solve this :-(
I would advise anybody to stay well clear !!

I refused a delivery (as instructed by Ace) in June. It is now October and I am still waiting for my account to be cleared. Customer service is absolutely appalling, I have rang every week asking when this will be done and have been told by managers that it will be done and they will phone me back. “Wrong Items Sent - ACE Expect You To Pay”

Bought goods from ACE and they sent a wrong item. Emailed immediately to ask for replacement and return of original at their expense. Numerous emails and letters to them acknowledged but never acted upon. Ive been using ACE now for about 3 years and can honestly say i have never had any issue with them. All products that have been ordered have been delivered on time and without damage, yes they do charge a premium interest rate but its suited me. “Sending debt collectors for item that was paid”

I will not be ordering from here again, I ordered my items at the start of November and have received half of my stuff? All of the stuff I have ordered is for Christmas presents and I am furious because now I will not receive them!!!!!! Avoid this company at all costs never have stock and then when you do eventually get your order you will be charged twice. Then try and get through to their so called careline you will be left on hold for ever. Phone the orderline and they will answer immediately but will not help with anything other than to take orders. I'm sorry to hear of your experience, please note that in order to access our online service be able to place and order, and check your balance and pay your account balance online you will first need to register your account number for online use. This can be done by going to the website, clicking on 'your account, then 'returning customer', then 'register your account'. You will then be able to make full use of our online services.

Also we do not operate a premium line number, if you go to the website and look to the footer of the page there is a tab titled 'contact us' within there you will find our customer services phone number. Please note that calls cost from 1p per minute and our customer care department is UK based.

“Can't obtain refund”
