Don't sell Simply paving products online. They will rip you off!! I have been selling online for nearly 20 years and I know when there is blackhat practices taking place. Just to prove my point- 1. Simply paving are falsly inflating conversion rates on Affiliatewindow by including samples as actual sales. This gives affiliates the impression that they have a high conversion rate when really they haven't. You havent earnt a penny in commission. 2. By showing voucher codes on their website they are encouraging buyers to leave their site and search for vouchers. YET NO SIMPLY PAVING VOUCHERS EXIST! This then gives no commission to affiliates (saving them money) when they return having searched for a non-existant voucher because they were not the last link to their site. Affiliates work hard, spend their hard earned money trying to make a living and pay their pay taxes in their persuit of selling other peoples products online so when companies like simplypaving.com do not respect that and try to rip us all off with their black hat practices. It undermines faith in buying online. I for one will never buy from SimplyPaving!! Or promote their products again!

This is the first review I have ever written on a company review site as I think it only fair that other advertisers are aware of this company. I started promoting certain offers through them and one particular offer was generating c.£300 per day. The first few weeks I got paid out £2,500 however I have now built up over £10,000 in commission and they are not paying it and keep blaming it on the publisher. I have spoken with at least 4 agents via live chat over the last few weeks and they are all saying the same thing. I am now in negative funds as I have had to spend money to promote these offers and affiliate window just keep saying it's not their fault. I wish I would have read the other reviews here before advertising for this particular company through affiliate window as it seems others are having similar problems with them. It is going to our solicitors now so hopefully will get some kind of progress to being paid out. I will post more about the company that is not paying out once I have more information from our legal team and the 'ok'.

Great customer service. As someone who uses AW occasionally whenever I've needed help the live chat feature is so useful, responsive, and helpful! Problems are solved quickly and if it takes to long to be approved as an affiliate a quick email or message normally gets it solved super quickly. Staff have always been friendly and supportive and informative. Highly recommended for a good customer experience.

The chat is 'highly' convenient. First time to use it and Laetitia was all there for me. Put me through the right paces without disappointing in this day and age when you hardly get efficient service. Have to think hard about 'didn't like' because there was nothing that I didn't like. Thank you!

probably the biggest selection of retailers and online traders in one network within the UK. There are plenty of others but AFW is simple to use and their live chat can fix most technical issues in just a few minutes. Simple and easy to use!

Tried many affiliate service before but affiliate window is the different one, has good numbers of advertisers, good commission ratio, good support service, good reporting and data service.

I find the reviews of Affiliate Window on here really strange, and not in keeping with my experiences at all. I have worked with them for more than 8 years. Not everything they do is great, but I generally find the platform easy to use, the linking is very good and I get access to great companies. I don't make money out of all of them, but there are a couple on my site that do really well. All-in-all I like AW. Any time I have a problem I get a response promptly. Payment can depend on the company I'm waiting for commission from. Most are with me inside a couple of months. I work with other affiliate companies and this seems like a pretty good turnaround to me.

Based on the fact I am a self employed individual working full time on my blog and expect payment to be received on time in order to pay bills etc, they have been one of the worst affiliate companies I have worked with... THE WORST!!! I never receive payment on time, every month I am having to email and chase in order to get paid and the audacity is they use BACS to process payment and BACS takes 3 days at the latest to clear, but they have the cheek to say it can take up to 5 working days, I give them the opportunity to pay in 5 working days and yet they still never even pay in 5 working days,have had to wait 10 days once, I'm now currently looking for another affiliate company to run my ads through!

I took advantage of an offer where they would send £50 M&S voucher when you signed up for Sky broadband. Not only do they say that it takes 90 days (I wonder why that is - presumably hoping people will forget), but they managed to "lose" three separate orders for different family members, placed at different addresses, and then provide no explanation as to why that 100% failure rate might happen. As it happens I am still mailing back and forth being told one day that it will be sent, and the next that they don't know. Even more frustrating is that every time you mail them you get "I'll come back to you in 48 hours", and nothing. Awful, awful company.

I am not able to give a negative review otherwise i could have done it , they are thugs and charged our card immediately when we sign up BUT WAIT.. your account takes months and days to activate they need all silly information that i never heard of !! They demand our driving license and address proof for a damm affiliate program ! Dont waste your time here , instead go for Amazon affiliate, they opened my account in 5 min and activate it within second THIS IS A WORSE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH , THEIR REPLY IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PEOPLE WHO WORKS HERE HAS NO RESPECT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

i earned a lot of commission over 18 months nearly £25,000 i actually only got about £2000 excuses all the time about how the customer must have refreshed the page thus showing or over inflating the figures,the support staff could not even be bothered,had to write them off and hopefully warn others,the stats cannot be trusted at all use another company or if you have to use them do not expect to get what you rightfully earn..Did i mention arrogant could not care less staff at AW
