“Mckenzie trainers mens”

3 pairs of trainers all lasted 3-5 months before the soles fell off. These although cheap are the worst trainers we have ever purchased. 3 different children so not a child thing a trainer thing cheap tat.Last time we took the pair back to our local jd in Crawley they were rude and disrespectful. Rang customer services they no help either. Just a pre warn before you buy Last pair purchased August and have fallen apart already did so on 23rd Dec

“MISSING ITEMS ”

Please help! There is an item missing from my delivery! Please look into this.  Missing item. I ordered three items and only two were delivered! We received one packet with two boxes of trainers only. I’ve contacted your customer services and they believe the items were delivered (absolute shambles). We received one package with two pairs of trainers and no jacket!! Your customer services won't accept responsibility and have supposedly emailed DPD. This isn’t good enough as you haven’t delivered a product we have paid £200 for. I have photos of the package and packaging you delivered and it’s not big enough to fit the jacket inside too, it’s clearly not been packed or it’s in a separate bag that’s went missing! Myself and my family will never buy from JD sports again!!!!

“helpfull and friendly staff”

Just visited JD Sport at Selly Oak B'Ham branch. was helped by a lovely young man. He was courteous and helpful, even tho the item I was looking for was not available he took the time to find me similar items in order that I could confirm the size that I would require should I decide to order at a later date over the internet. Thank you man, you are a credit to the store and I hope this review gives you the recognition you deserve.

“Unable to give zero stars”

Ordered and paid for clothing on 27th November and am still waiting for it to be delivered into store even though it was apparently dispatched over a week ago. Customer service is an absolute joke and have no idea what they are doing. An absolute waste of time and money. I am gutted that you have to give one star minimum because they simply don’t deserve even one star.

“Worst Customer Service Ever.”

I bought a football top for my brothers birthday from JD Sports website which says that they will deliver the item within 5 days or so. I called my brother to see if he got his top on his birthday which was 10 days after I ordered the top and nothing had arrived. I then emailed their customer service to enquire why it hadn’t arrived and they didn’t respond to me till 4 days later. I was then told they didn’t have the item in stock but they still took my money straight out of my account. They said they would refund me and I would receive the refund within 5 working days, it is now 7 working days later and I have still not received my money. I would advise anyone to stay clear of this company as they are very unprofessional.

“Online Order delivery to Australia”

Ordered a Leeds football Shirt for my son paid in full. Shows as on its way. This has been going on for nearly six months. Contacted Customer service and was informed it was arriving soon. That was over four weeks ago. Sorry but I think I may have kissed my money goodbye. What a disgrace and they still bombard my e mail account with advertising. Shonky as don't touch them with a ten foot pole unless you want to burn money.

“Appalling Service ”

On-line service is disgraceful. Customer Service telephone line is none existent - no-one answers, your just left waiting! Email help is not answered. I've placed 2 orders - the first was for local store delivery within 2-3 days. One week later, according to the online tracker, the item hadn't even left the warehouse. Placed another order for next day delivery as item was now needed urgently, this didn't arrive either. I've tried every which way to contact JD Sports and not yet been able to speak to anyone - makes me wonder if anybody actually works in their Customer Service department !!

“Appalling service at Oxford Street”

I attended the store in Oxford street a week ago and have never seen such appalling service. The staff believe they are "ultra cool" and apparently that includes dismissive or no service at all. When I lodged a complaint as had been given too small shoes for my son after saying they are too small to the person and being dismissed and talked out of a larger size, returned to Australia to find they were indeed too small and the company wanted me to send them back to the UK... at my expense. Would not recommend anyone purchase products from this company at all.

“Terrible on line service”

Terrible service from JD sports today. Ordered trainers for my daughters birthday, JD sports sent the wrong ones. Reordered another pair within minutes of the delivery arriving, explained it was a birthday present and asked to pay for next day delivery. Told it was not available due to sale and would take up to 5 working days to be delivered. 24 hrs later my repeat order hasn't t even been accepted at the warehouse. Rang again, completely unhelpful. No present for my 12 year old in 2 days time now despite paying for 2 pairs of expensive trainers. Terrible service from JD sports - buy elsewhere if you can!

“Delivery from Warehouse to Bluewater ”

I opted for delivery to the Bluewater store for my son's trainers. I received an email saying that my order was "accepted" (which I think is an arrogant way of saying thank you for your order) and was informed that I would receive another e-mail once my purchase had been despatched. A week later, and a few phone calls later, my parcel was still in the warehouse so I was informed that it would definitely be delivered to Bluewater the next day. I went there to find that the parcel was STILL in the warehouse. I hope it will be delivered tomorrow but I won't hold my breath (if it isn't, it won't be in time for my son's birthday). In summary, if you haven't got a specific required by date and don't mind waiting a long time and you can get something at a good price, then go for it but if can get it at a similar price elsewhere, then definitely do that. I won't be ordering from them again in a hurry!!

“DUNDEE BRANCH STAFF MEMBERVERY RUDE”

Will never ever use the dundee overgate branch of jd sports again the customer service i received from staff member was totally unaccepptable she was very ignorant and rude and i felt she was trying to bully me she would need some training in relation to be dealing with the public so people beware of this store

“breach of contract”

I went into store to order shoes online with gift card. After a month of trying I have finally learnt of how JD's system works (or not). When you order on line and pay their on-line system is 30 mins behind actual stock but they will still keep your money and not contact you about a refund. I rang up and finally spoke to someone who arranged to send me the outstanding item but has logged on the system that I was told it was cancelled and didn't request a refund - can you believe anyone would not want their money back. Absolutely appalled at system and will never go there again. After a very heated discussion with a Manager I am still no better off. She came on the phone aggressively and I have still not had an apology or my money back

“Not Fit For Purpose”

Ordered an item online 6 days ago, still no delivery (2 to 5 days standard delivery) time and no email to confirm that the item has been despatched. Online tracker does not recognise the order number, emails to customer service go unanswered and calls to customer service get cut off before they are answered. Worse than useless no positives at all would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Waited 8 says for my order and its still not here. Emailed them, rang them and cant even track my item as it says 'oops error code' WILL not order from JD again they are a waste of time.

“joke off a company”

Absolute joke of a company you place an order before the cut off for next day delivery and pay the extra price only not to get your order and when you phone them you get no help and can't talk to management and they just ring around the bush then to get told 3 days for a refund never use jd rip off sports it's a joke of a company

“Hanley Branch - Intu Potteries Shopping Centre”

First of all, I would like to say that I never ever write a review, but this place has got me so angry that I wanted to write this so that the staff of JD can see what I am so angry about. When going into the store, me and my partner knew exactly what we wanted from the store so we went directly to the trainers picked up the shoe which happened to be a size 7, so he tried that one on. Then we asked a young lady if she could get us the shoes in a size 7 which she agreed to do so with a nod of the head. She did not speak to us through the whole moment of getting us the shoes, apart from 'i will put them behind the till for you' - not a ''hi, you ok?'. When we went to the till, we had to wait for at least 5 minutes to get served as there was only one person on . A woman then jumped on who looked like she had a bit knowledge about herself. We then got the shoes and she was very talkative but then when she checked the shoes they were a size 6 - as said previous we wanted a size 7. She then radioed up to the picker and asked for a size 7 rather than a 6 that was bought down. She then went as we waited for at least 10 minutes for the other trainers to come where we were served by a different young lady. She then came to the other side of the till with the table with no energy in her what so ever, like we had all day to be served with these trainers. She then collared onto my moody face and tried to act all nice to us as she could tell we weren't happy. However, said to us that the shoes that came down, the box has broke as the picker up stairs through the box down the shoot, which then left us without a shoe box!! You won't believe what happened next... She then check the sizes of the trainers next and one was a size 7 and the other was a size 8.. How can you get this wrong again!!! She collared her colleague, a young man who clearly looked like he was in another planet, to see if he could check if there was a size 7 on the shop floor - which took her 3 times to ask him as he didn't understand what she was saying. After being by the till for at least 25 minutes the young man came back with a size 7. Finally, at last we paid for the shoes and off we went. Never will I ever go to this JD sports again, the staff look like they are there for their social life or from mars. I will be going Foot-asylum next time.

“best jordans ever”

I brough a pair of jordans and it was the best choice i made. I wanted a pair and it was the last pair in my size, but for some stupid reason my card declined the payment, so i requested them to just keep it on the side and not give it away, and they were happy to keep them until i returned the next day. amazing. customer service on point. very happy with jd sport in beckton.

“worst service ever”

ordered from JD sports on Friday for next day delivery as needed the shoes to go with an outfit that i had purchased specifically to wear with the shoes. The shoes didn't turn up, - they say on there website to leave the full day for delivery so i didn't worry too much - shoes still didn't arrive. Sunday i done jd sports and request a call back because there lines were busy no call back received on sunday - Monday 2.30pm i eventually get through to customer services to be told your order hasn't come through even though they have taken the money from my bank account. i ask when i will get my shoes to be told you won't we are cancelling your order and you will get your money back in approx 3 days sorry. I now have an outfit with no shoes, so i need to go spend some more money while JDSPORTS hang on to my money and I'm out of pocket and all they can say is sorry we are cancelling your order and too make matters worse if the order didn't go through how were they able to cancel my order within 30 seconds of me hanging the phone up. JDSPORTS I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH YOU AGAIN YOU ARE RIP OFF MERCHANTS WITH NO CONSIDERATION TOO YOUR CUSTOMERS

“downgraded service”

used to shop there nearly every week especially online, now i purchase a couple items which is then followed by an email saying my order is received and accepted only to wait the next day to get an email that my order has been cancelled. jd is a business that i depend heavily on for gifts and i purchased twice from them recently, and both orders were cancelled so i had to get a last minute gift that didnt satisfy my friend. if my order gets cancelled again i will be really annoyed and will complain and write the meanest reviews. i understand that people buy many things online but to see that the item is available and you buy it then to see an email that the order is cancelled is a load of bs. the website rarely gets updated and i get my hopes up for nothing. FIX YOUR WEBSITE!!!!!!!! i better see an improvement on the website in the next couple of weeks or i will stop purchasing things from them and im the kind to buy anything i see so there will be a loss in inflows and i know its not only me that gets annoyed by the website but if that website is not improved then many customers will stop buying from them.

My daughter bought the wrong size trainers for her sons 10th birthday, as his feet had grown. They will not exchange for a bigger size as it is past 28 days return policy. Has anyone else had this problem? One very sad small child.

Good luck with that one! The only way to hit this company hard is by not shopping there anymore. Since I stopped shopping at JD Sports, I've discovered the same products much cheaper. Maybe you could sell the trainers on to someone else via Gumtree?

Hi guys just wondering if anyone can help. My son has ordered almost 300.00 of holiday items from jd sports between them and city link have had me on a goose chance for the past week it turns out our order has been lost in the depot of city link Edmonton iv been told although the items have clearly not been scanned out for delivery my son has to wait for a claim form . He s on holiday Saturday the form should have been here today but hasn't come there's obviously no chance of his order being sent back out in time or a refund now. I can't see why we have to wait for a form when jd and city link have told me they have lost it at the depot it's a joke my son hasn't another 300 pounds or time as he work to be left like this I don't know what else I can do please help?

I haven't received my parcel from JD Sports but I've been told its been delivered by my hermes, I've contacted them and they've told me I need to contact JD Sports. Can someone help me with this please?

I would contact JD Sports ASAP by email and phone -but I found I had to chase them everyday until they finally answered, but I would also contact my credit/bank card company to get advice, as I believe they can help you with a refund if you haven't received the item.
