Don't go near this company. They are an absolute disgrace. My daughter broke the screen on her phone so I rang them for advice on whether the insurance covered this but as she had the screen replaced previously which wasn't an apple screen they said the insurance was invalid. Fair enough But..A good few months after this she lost her phone or someone pinched it from her bag whilst she was on the bus, we rang lost property and cancelled the sim, she did everything by the book but when she rang Endsleigh up they said she'd have to ring them back on the following Tuesday as they couldn't provide anyone until then to deal with the claim. She rang them from home on the Friday. Tuesday meant she'd be back at uni with no access to a phone. I rang them on the Saturday and they put me straight through to someone ( so they were fobbing her off) and told me there was a problem because of my call about the screen being broken they wanted proof that the phone had been repaired and was in good working order. We did not have a receipt for the phone repair as it was months before but I said I could provide itemised phone bills which showed that she could not use her phone during the period of when the screen broke to when it was fixed but that she'd been using it all the time after, up until it was lost. They said this wasn't good enough so couldn't progress the claim. I've only ever made one claim on any insurance that I've held in my life, I wouldn't put in a fraudulent claim as this would affect my premiums. I'm sure hundreds of students crack their phone screens and then go on to lose their phones but because they don't ring up asking for advice on their cracked screens their claims for losing their phones goes ahead without question. We were penalised for ringing them up about the screen. I would not recommend them to anyone or be renewing my policy with them.

Endsleigh won't pay out for claims made on iPhones even if you've done everything right. I would never recommend them, instead I would recommend insuring with your own mobile operator for ease and honesty.
Cancelling my Endsleigh contents and mobile insurance now.

Endsleigh Mobile Phone Insurance is cheap at first but they don't pay out on a claim, especially if you are a student! Be very careful to read all the paperwork and booklets especially the small print!!!
