had o2 insurance since renewing my contract with them last december. paying £12.50 a month, although i don't know what for now! My phone broke last tuesday night, rang them wednesday morning. DPD picked up my phone on Thursday morning, all seemed fine. Friday received an email to say it had been accepted and i would be sent a replacement on The 30th of October (yesterday). “Let down and unsatisfied”

I lost my phone on holiday and promptly called O2 insurance. I spent a long time on the phone reporting the incident to only to be told I must also complete a form with the same information. It then took over a week to process the claim. I then recieved the wrong colour iphone (black instead of gold). I would not bother with 02 insure, had a smashed screen on my 128gb iPhone, phoned 02 insure to be told they could collect my phone the next day, no replacement phone could be issued unless I went to a shop where I needed to pay a £25 deposit won't bore you with the details but eventually handed my phone in to a shop about a week later received an email to say my 16gb phone was on its way back to me, I phoned to point out the error that my phone was a 128 not a 16 only to be told they could… Read Full Review

I got insurance for my son who's 13, smart move, one broken screen later. The problem, as it turns out was with 'find my iPhone and the cloud. I was told to turn off the function but not to delete it from the iCloud. After almost 3 hours, yes 3 hours on the phone listening to very unknowledgeable staff at O2 insure, not O2 but another company, I spoke to Apple Customer Services. “Wrong colour ”

Claimed my insurance and it took at least 3 trials to send my phone to wearhouse. Okay,let's say that's DPD's fault but insurance company send me the wrong colour phone and when I tried to sort it out they were lik "well, at least you have the phone!". I could not just continue with it. Made me cry over nothing. Such a big dissapointment.i always had a good O2 customer servise but as a first time insurance claimer it was horrific experience. Took 5 days to receive my handset. They make you fill in form of how you lost it, then you have to register your phone as lost on a website as well as send i.d. The form has to be physically signed hence why it took 5 days. So i waited 5 days for a handset that doesnt work to then be told ive got to wait another 4 days to receive my new phone. I claimed a damaged phone, got a faulty phone which only worked for 5 days. Insurance insist on sending the faulty phone for repair, which means that I am stuck with a faulty phone if it's repaired! To say I am frustrated, it's an understatement. Please stay away from O2 insure… Read Full Review

Wow what can i say about this service i am abolutley amazed. My Sony Experia which i had only had for 2 weeks got knocked out of my hand at the train station and ended up on the floor. “Easier then i thought”

After drunkenly dropping my phone on a Saturday night, I phoned on the Sunday once my hangover had subsided. they took calls until the afternoon which was useful. Phone call was pain free and was told what to do, with an email backing it up.
