We booked a holiday to Crete in October 2007. In February 2008 we were told the flight was no longer available from Birmingham and offered Manchester or Gatwick, both hours away. I cancelled that holiday and booked for Maria Studios in Potos, Thassos. We paid in full for the holiday on 7 April. 25 April, we received an invoice detailing entirely different apartments in a different place. I telephoned immediately and was basically told 'take it or leave it' its up to you. I did not like the and as the place offered was not at all suitable, we had been there before and knew it wasn't nice so I cancelled.. (Incidentally I have rebooked with Thomson who were very helpful) . Customer Service is non existant, at Kosmar I have spent most days on the phone asking for my money back. I did evenually receive a cheque but I am still owed £124 which they say should have gone into the bank on 2 May! I am still phoning, writing and faxing.

We booked a holiday for the Irene apartments in Elounda. We booked three months in advance for an apartment for 3 people. On arriving at the airport we were told we were going to the Tasmania Village. We arrived at the Tasmania which is a good 40 minute walk from the centre of Elounda and had to carry cases etc up steep ramps and steps which we hadn't expected. We were not happy because we were given 2 rooms, very, very basic. We were welcomed by the hostess who kindly prepared some food for us. Luckily we were moved to the Hiona apartments in Elounda the next day and we had a wonderful time there.
The Tasmania may be okay for young people who want a cheap holiday with very basic accommodation and facilities. Someone who doesn't mind steps to get to the pool or pool bar which leaves a lot to be desired. There isn't a supermarket or restaurant in normal walking distance and as the apartments are self catering this is a no no.

I booked a holiday to Greece in January and when I came to pay the balance I noticed the accomodation was no longer on the website. I queried this and was told that all was OK and not all accomodation was on the website all the time. A few weeks later I got a letter, no apology, saying that the studios I had booked were not available and I have been booked in to another studio nearby. The studio I was offered was cheaper but no discount was offered because they were more expensive when I booked. The reviews for the new studios were poor. I asked for a refund but was told that this would cost me £200 because Kosmar had offered me alternative accomodation of a similar quality. Customer Services are a joke, they are not interested. Where else would you pay £600 for something, not get the thing you paid for, be offered a substitute that you did not want, that was cheaper than the one you did want, and not even be able to cancel it without incurring a £200 penalty. Be very aware of the small print when you book, trust me Kosmar will not be interested if you have a problem, see other reviews for confirmation.

We arrived at our destination tired and dusty, and we were greeted by the owners of the accommodation and helped to our rooms, already feeling pleased to be there. We attended the get together, and the Kosmar rep was really on the ball with information etc. We met her at various places, and she made the effort to come over and say hello.
I can honestly say that we had a superb holiday. The beaches were the best we have seen up to now, and we most certainly will book with Kosmar again, as we find them very truthful in their brochures. Good for you Kosmar!

Been with Kosmar several times to various Greek islands. The planes have always been on time or early. Transfers all went without a hitch, and the accommodation has been as described in the brochure.
We have enjoyed all these holidays and the prices cannot be faulted. You cannot expect luxury at these prices, but friendly and clean apartments in Greece are their SPECIALITY.

On finally arriving at our hotel after a 24 hour delay, we were met at the airport by the reps, who sorted us on to the buses with no apology about the delay. Our rep dropped us at our hotel at reception and went straight off. That was on Saturday night, and we never saw him until Tuesday, and then he couldn't be bothered to apologies to us. We asked him about trips, and he just handed us a printed out leaflet. So we hired a car and did them ourselves. here was not only a problem with the delay, but my suitcase was badly damaged, and he was not even willing to help with that. I just feel that his heart was not in the job any more.
I don't think we will be booking through Kosmar again.

Immediately before writing this review I read through the existing ones, and can only conclude that we must have been extremely lucky to have such good service both in the airport and the resort. We travelled from Bristol to Dalaman airport in Turkey. I would have been horrified if the plane had 'stopped off' to pick up passengers on route! Perhaps that only happens on the Greek flights. On our return flight we were the very last to book in, I thought I was being extremely optimistic requesting 4 seats together, to my delight we not only had 4 together, three of the seats had extra leg room. I only came on this site looking for somewhere to praise the Kosmar rep, they made us feel like we had known them for years! A brilliant holiday.

When the Villa Elia rep was asked the time we checked out, her response was "it's up there" ( pointing to a board). Q2. What is the weather going to be like today (it was cloudy overhead)? Her response, " I dunno, it's cloudy at the moment, it might get hotter later, I dunno". Q3. What about the buses? Response: "What about the buses, I've never been in one, you'll have to ask at the bus station. I'd give the reps name but she failed to introduce herself.
Summed up our holiday although the Tavernas were really god value for money.

After visiting Stegna on the Greek Island of Rhodes last October (2005), my fiance and I feel we would really struggle to find anywhere as peaceful and friendly. So much so, that we had made up our minds before we even left the resort that we would be returning again this year.
We stayed at the Constantinos Apartments, and although we had read and heard quite a few bad comments, I can honestly say that we have stayed in worse. The rooms are basic (but hey, that's Greece), and the drinks at the bar are a little pricey, but don't you find that's the case with most hotel/apartment bars? Yes the room could have been cleaner, and we didn't use the self catering cooking facilities, due to the fact that if you lit the hob in there I really don't think you could breath, and we didn't have a balcony; just a walkway for other guests (if we had been staying two weeks, it may have been more of an issue). However, we have chosen to stay somewhere else upon our return visit.
The resort of Stegna itself is lovely. It's very pretty, with a lovely beach, some great restaurants, which we thought were very reasonable, and a great little bar called Mercedes. We've holidayed on many of Greece's Islands and mainland. However, I can honestly say that hardly anywhere has come close to this stunning little hideaway. OK, if it's nightlife you are after, then this is not the place for you, but if your idea of a good time is relaxing with a good book on the beach, having a lovely meal of an evening, washed down by some of the best cocktails I have ever tasted from Mercedes, and listening to the water lapping at the shore as the sun goes down, then you can't go far wrong.
It's perfect for couples and families, but it's definitely not the place to go if you're on the pull. And if you or your kids like a lot of activities then you may have to take a trip into one of the other resorts on the island. Rhodes Town is approximately 30KM away, with Lindos being approx 18KM. The nearest town is Archangelos, which is approximately 3KM (up hill) and this is where you can locate a chemist and ATM. There is a bus service from Stegna through to Rhodes Town, but if you want to visit Lindos then you will have to pick up another bus at Archangelos. Be warned though, when we were there the bus ran only once daily. Although I do believe that in the high season, there is a more frequent service.
Kosmar do offer a good selection of trips (can be pricey though). We didn't get chance last year, but we are definitely planning to this year. There is a Greek night, lazy day boat trip to Lindos, boat trip to the neighbouring island of Symi and a shopping trip to Turkey.
We did things off our own backs last year; visiting Rhodes Old Town (well worth a visit) and Lindos. Both were very busy; Lindos especially so, but then there was a large American Cruise Ship moored up that day. We got plenty of souvenirs from Rhodes Town though, and it's a great place for little nick knacks.
All in all, it was an extremely enjoyable holiday. We're counting the days until we return.

The Kosmar reps were little girls who couldn't do anything without speaking to someone else in Kosmar. Their solution for us to change apartments was to charge us more money!!
On top of that, we were informed (by Kosmar) that we had to book an extra night (Saturday) because our flight was on the Sunday morning. I had foolishly thought the idea of a package holiday was that your flights and accommodation were taken care of!!

For the past 6 years my husband, son and myself have travelled with Kosmar on average 3 times a year.
All the apartments have been clean, although a little basic at time, they have all you need pots, pans cutlery, towel etc.
You cannot expect 5 star luxury if you don't pay for it and be honest who wants to pay.
All you need is a clean bed to lay your head some wardrobe space for clothes, a clean room, fresh towels and a friendly face.
You don't need kettles, toasters, microwaves who in their right mind wants to cook on holiday anyway - eating out somewhere different each night is part and parcel of going away, you're on holiday not at home, relax let your hair down and chill out, after all it's what we work all year for isn't it? 2 weeks in the sun.
We have made some great friends with the owners of several of the apartments we have been to and keep in touch on a regular basis, so much so that at 3 of them we are classed as family and are treated as such.
Vasillis and Debbie in Rhodes, Nitza in Kos and Maria and Stamos in Santorini are fantastic people, the rooms are clean and well cared for, the food is fabulous and the locations are just wonderful .
We have been back to Rhodes earlier this year and took my daughter and grandchildren they loved it and want to go back, we are going to Halkidiki in 2 weeks again with Kosmar and in September we are off to Kos all through Kosmar.
I would recommend Kosmar to anyone without hesitation.

Pity didn't read the reviews written by wdmorr04 and scotsfamily before booking with Kosmar.
On arrival we were shown to a cell with one small window 10" x 15", two beds and a cooking ring. The wardrobe was falling to bits, and the drawer fronts were hanging off, so they were useless. Upon opening the windowless and non-ventilated shower/toilet door, we were met by the foulest smell of stale urine and sewage, which literally made us wretch. We opened the door and hoped it would get better. On returning from eating out, we noticed that the toilet floor was actually awash with liquid. At this, I contacted the manager who said "I'll get it mopped". At 2am we could stand it no more, so I washed down the whole bathroom with the shower, but it was no use. The next day was the welcome meeting, so without saying why, I asked our rep to come and see for herself. She opened the bathroom door, took a good lungful and said "oh yes it is a bit basic isn't it"? Having pointed out that it was actually uninhabitable, we were offered a large "house" recently built on top of the apartments, which, although as with all Contantinos apartments, needed a good clean, but it was OK. As with the previous reviews, the manager was OK when we were using his bar, but with small bottles of Mythos at 2.5€ and "coke" from a supermarket own brand bottle behind the bar at 1.5€, it was not an option when Mythos is 3€ a PINT and Coke 1€ everywhere else. Air-con 9€ a night, but the staff (who eavesdrops on all your conversations to report back) would enter your room whilst you are out at night and switch off the air-con!! 9€ a night?!! Time for Kosmar to get tough.
GOOD POINTS
All tavernas and restaurants that we tried were very good. Best by far was the small, but so Greek, Dimitris Restaurant, which is situated between the Knights Castle and Amore restaurants down what looks like the entrance to a car park, but wow, sooo Greek. Lunchtimes and evening try the Stegna Star, and of course Mercedes Bar which has a deserved good reputation.
Stegna itself is a lovely fairly unspoilt resort, with good swimming and snorkeling off its long beach (ample sunbeds).
Yes, 1200 brings the visiting boats, but the boat/beach transfers and people thereon are not noisy and do not disturb you.
PS: If you are on a late flight, we were warned now by the rep that you cannot share a kept on room, and the towels supplied are old hand towels changed once and water for tea etc., has to be boiled in a 0.3 litre saucepan when 2 cups of tea need 0.5 litres!!

All Kosmar Reps we have met have always been helpful and pleasant, not pushy when it comes to booking trips etc., You will have a great holiday on these special Greek islands.

Twice I have had a problem with Kosmar and with split drop offs. In May last year in Crete when we stopped off at Chania and there was not enough meal allowance on the plane, and what we did get had to be paid for, even though it had already been paid for, so it had to be claimed back.
My luggage was lost for 4 days, plus the manager in Kefalonia gave me the wrong information about the British Embassy. He told every one of the reps about us and refused to allow one to come and see us until he had had an "apology". I refused, and he was totally unhelpful and unsympathetic. This is the problem, and why they insist on insurance? as no-one takes the blame. It is not the insurance companies fault, but the baggage handlers who get off scott free.

Kosmar Reps in resort and at airports were unhelpful. We were told we had a delay but were given no apology, and the lack of communication and customer care was nothing short of appalling. This isn't the first time we've had problems with Kosmar. In the past we've experienced similar treatment, with no apology or compensation being offered. Basically, we did not receive the holiday that we purchased!!

We have travelled around Greece for the past few years, and we have never been disappointed with Kosmar. This time my partner and I chose to come to Rhodes, and we arrived for our first time last week. We arrived at The Constantinos in the early hours of the morning, to what we deemed to be the perfect choice. The resort looked lovely, and the apartments were ideally situated close to the supermarket, beach, and plenty of restaurants.
We found our 'self catering' apartment to be very very basic; with enough crockery and cutlery for both of us, but no pots or pans. As we ate out most nights this was not so bad, but had we been staying longer we found this to be unsuitable. Our apartment had a lingering smell coming from we were not sure where, and we felt it could have been cleaner. Our air conditioning was 9 Euros per night, but it did not work, so we found our nights very very uncomfortable. We never saw a cleaner, although we were told that they had been on the Wednesday, but they seemed to miss our apartment, and also some others we were told. We had to clean our apartment ourselves, and empty our bins in a dumpster on the main road. It appeared that on searching for a sweeping brush and mop, that not many other residents knew where to put their rubbish bags, and they had stored them around the back of the apartments!
Our "manager" spoke to us on our first night, but we did not see too much of him during the rest of our stay. When we did, we found him to be very unpleasant! When we had said about the cleaner not coming to our room, he was quite abrupt telling us the cleaners had been the day before. We tried to explain they had not come to our room, and that we'd had to clean it ourselves, but he shrugged his shoulders and left. The barman gave us "clean towels and sheets" though.
We ate out almost every night, and on our return we found our 'bar' closed, so we spent our time using the extremely hospitable bar 'MERCEDES' for our entertainment.
Our last day found us being put out of our apartment earlier than was told to us by our rep. Our luggage and personal effects were to be stored outside in view of everyone and anyone, whilst there seemed to be a more secure setting within the bar/reception area. My partner and I had friends whom we were going to share an apartment with to shower etc., but the manager told us this would not be happening, and was very rude to my partner, even to the extent of telling her if we were not happy we should go else where on the resort!
We had facilities to use for showering, but I'm afraid I have showered better on the beach! I WAS DISGUSTED! My partner spent her time getting ready in this dirty, smelly toilet, and was CRYING!
I was very angry by this mans attitude, and I spent the last portion of my holiday consoling my very upset partner, whilst trying to make the most of our last few hours.
STEGNA BEACH is a beautiful resort with lovely restaurants and people. It is small and quiet, but perfect for a relaxing holiday, so I find it very unfortunate that our holiday had to be spoilt by the arrogance of this man, who seemed to me to have no idea of customer relations.
I feel this man had no sincere reason to treat us in such a way, and I have no idea why he had to be so rude to us, as we had done nothing wrong.
Later we spoke to people who have been before, and they had no problems at all. We also spoke to returning holiday makers to Stegna that had been to 'Constantinos', and they had not a good word to say about "the manager" following problems that they had.
We will be contacting Kosmar to urge them to review Constantinos. It is such a shame as it does look to be a lovely property with very good potential.
Although I must say that the wee barman who worked alongside the manager was always very friendly and nice to us.
Many thanks to the owner and his family and staff at Mercedes for making our holiday welcoming and enjoyable.
WE will come back to STEGNA BEACH, but not to CONSTANTINOS!

I have traveled with Kosmar 22 times over the last 10 years only had one problem we arrived in Rhodes and some one was drunk in our accomadation and the next door rep removed him left and didn't come back to let us know we could go in but the lovely owner turned up and told us to go in with our luggage and gave it a quick clean. We went out for few hours and when we got back the place was spotless with a bowl fruit and small amount of supplies which she didn't have to do. Never seen that rep again, that was the only bad experience. We laughed about it later. We spend all our time in Malia now in Crete. Never ever needed to complain all, the apartments are clean but basic. We like Milos we know the family well, they keep the place lovely. Babi is the rep there he is wonderful, Marie and Tassass run Milo's. Give my grandson his lunch and tea as they have a boy his age. Looking on the internet for Milo's next year not in yet all other Kosmar apartments are there hope you still have those apartments. I would recommend Kosmar to any body been to a few different accomadations all nice nice owners but I have my favourite as it helps to keep my boy happy.

After having read report of Constantinos apartments at Stegna Beach resort I have to sympathise with wdmorr04.
We ourselves spent time at this resort and found although it looked nice we were very unhappy with the way the "manager" was towards us and our family. We also found him very rude and unhelpful to any queries or problem that we suffered, including the uncleanliness of our apartment, lack of cleaners etc. air conditioning that was broken and the lack of proper storage of luggage etc. on the last day and the pathetic excuse for showering facilities.
I know that some people have had no problems but I also know that more have had problems but unfortunately don't seem to have reported so far.
Stegna Beach is a beautiful resort with many delicious places to eat also Mercedes bar where you can eat and enjoy a super night out, just so unfortunate that this accomodation has let you down badly!
PLEASE PLEASE Kosmar review this accomodation, we also have never had any problems from any where else we have visited via Kosmar, until our stay at Constantinos, very very disappointed!

On arrival in the early hours of Sunday morning at Rhodes airport after a tiring night flight we were greeted by our Kosmar rep, given a map, and told our room number then shared a taxi with another couple en route to Stegna Beach and Constantinos.
On arrival, Constantinos looked really lovely, a short walk (less than minute) from the road, with a supermarket a few seconds away and the beach a further few seconds.
We found our room, (8) and found it to be very very basic in comparison to other resorts we have been to. It was relatively clean apart from a bit of a smell (we could not find its origin) and there were no waste bags in the toilet bin, one of our curtains was hanging off, there was enough crockery and cutlery for 2 people, but no cooking pots, only One dirty water boiling pot, not suitable to be classed as self catering. very little storage facility for our clothes, and no airers for our washing, so it hung on chairs to dry.
The pool was very clean but very very cold. so we opted to spend our days at the beach where the sea was warmer.
The owner, Sam, and his friend Dimitris both seemed very welcoming on our first night, and helped our friends with some problems they had, that our rep seemed very unhelpful with, the bar did not open until around 1pm that first day, and stayed open till around midnight first night.
Our first night found us sweltering and very uncomfortable as our apartment was extremely hot, we asked about air conditioning which seemed quite expensive (9 euros per night) and did not work properly so we did without the rest of the week.
Cleaners arrived midweek (Wednesday) to clean, but seemed to bypass us and 2 other families, we reported this then preceded to clean it ourselves and were told there were bins on the main road for rubbish, we asked for mops and brushes etc. and found them around back, next to what seemed like everyone else's rubbish bags. We were given clean towels and sheets by Dimitri the next day.
There was no entertainment at all at our bar and it was closed on our return after eating out,(around 10 pm) so we spent our second night in the local hotspot, "Mercedes Bar", the owner Christos, his mother and sister and staff were lovely people and always made us and everyone very very welcome, so we became regulars.
It seemed to us that 'Sam" did not seem to appreciate our not spending time in his bar at all,(which was closed early anyway) and was from the third morning on, very stand offish and ignorant with us, whenever he was there.
We were told that our last day we had to vacate our room by 2pm, but as we were not being picked up until 3am for our return we asked about keeping an apartment till later, it was quite expensive to do so, (30 euros).
We decided it would be a little better on the purse strings to keep open one apartment with our friends, and as we have done this in the past at other resorts without any problem, we thought this would be suitable.
HOW WRONG WE WERE!
Sam was very rude to us and told us that the apartment was only for two and if we wanted to stay longer we would have to pay for another apartment, we politely tried to explain that we did not want to live in it but were only storing our luggage and using the showering facilities, but he got even more confrontational and rude and again told us that if we want these comforts then we should pay for another apartment, not share, as this was very inconvenient.
If we did not want to rent from him we should leave and find somewhere else in the resort, OR store our luggage and personal effects outside, at the main entrance.
I was extremely upset by this, and then asked how we were to shower etc. He told us there was showering and toileting facilities available. We had sat only one case outside our apartment before this confrontation, (at 11.30 am,) and the cleaners were already in our room! We said the apartment was ours till 2 pm but were told we had to leave as other people were arriving.
After spending the last day on the beach we returned to use the "showering facilities" that Sam had offered us, it was a small room next door to our old apartment, with 2 toilets and a shower, it had no window, it smelled awful,(possibly the "smell" we had in our apartment) the floor was dirty,(we had to shower in our flip flops) with no lock on the door, the shower did not work properly and there was no lighting. I asked if lighting could be made available as I could not shower in the dark I was told there was lighting and I again said there was not and could someone check it out or please give me a light bulb this I felt I had almost to beg for!
After trying to wash as best as possible, I found as there was no window that I could not dry myself properly due to the moisture in this "facility", and I had no where to dry my hair.
We had to open our luggage to retrieve our clean clothes and toiletries in full view of the patrons in the apartments and then to again open up in full view to pack our wet things and toiletries away. This I found to be very demeaning and embarrassing and was very very upset, other people in the apartments saw my upset and offered for us to use their facilities but Sam remained vigilant, watching everything and only left after we had used his facilities.
We went out to eat and on our return found the place in darkness, so we opted to go to Mercedes where our last few hours were made extremely enjoyable, I dont think I have ever cried on a holiday until now!
I have travelled with Kosmar for the past 6 years and this is the first time I have encountered such, rudeness, embarrasment and upset and am very very disappointed.
We spent our last night hearing horror stories from holidaymakers to Stegna, who had been to Constantinos or knew people who had been and it seems that WE were not the only people to have felt such upset and dissapointment.
We will return to "STEGNA BEACH" as the resort was very nice and relaxing, with superb restaurants and lovely people, and i cant say enough about the hospitality shown to us by Christos and his family and staff at "MERCEDES BAR". There is only one very steep, long and winding road in and out of Stegna and one bus out and back in. If you have small children or like us are a little older and looking to relax then this is the place for you, ( I think it too quiet for your teenagers)
We however, will not, be returning to "Constantinos"and would advise Kosmar to seriously review this accommodation and more so the attitude of the owner!

Have just returned from a holiday in Pefkohori, having been to Greece 5 times but never before with Kosmar. We were first of all stung for the price as a last minute deal and ended up paying more than the brochure price but there were few holidays available with it being Bank Holiday. As a fearful flyer I needed to ensure it was European and a relatively short flight.
When we got through our flight information we were amazed to see the flight times, 6 hours to Greece seemed like a long time and an arrival in resort of 2am, thus missing in effect our first day. I telephoned a dept laughingly called flight information who informed me that the flight would be landing in East Midlands to let on more passengers. I was horrified as 2 landings and take offs is more than I can bear, I was really angry and asked why we had not been informed, the man on the line told me that this was the mistake from the agent who should have told us.
This was the first lie, as when I called our travel agent back they checked their screens and this is not shown and according to ABTA my next port of call, is entirely legal as a stop over in the UK is classed as non-stop. Figure that one out!
Calling Kosmar back in the hope of some sympathy with my flight fears I was not expecting the cold way in which we were dealt, no offer of a change of flight/destination etc. I was however reasured by the same flight information advisor(ha ha) that we would not be inconvenienced any more than necessary and we would be on the ground for 45 mins max and we had no need to get off the plane.
Lie No 2, after almost 2 hours sitting in the lounge at East Midlands airport with over 100 other holidaymakers who knew nothing of the stop over we were herded back on board like a flock of tired hungry and very annoyed sheep.
I spoke to a person in Customer Services during that time who said he had not told us or promised us that we would not be getting off the plane, Lie No 3 we had made a point of taking his name and he had told my husband this the previous day.
On arrival at the airport our rep was rude and abrupt, not what you need when you are tired and very hungry and on the trip to resort whilst we tried to sleep insisted on piping up every now and again with.......'On the left is ...which you can't see because its dark'
On arrival at our hotel (Pilalidis)we were baffled, there was a hotel cat but where he lived I have no idea because there certainly wasn't room to swing him in our room!! It was laughingly called an appartment and yet there wasn't enough room to open up your suitcases, everything was old and peeling and not the small and tastefully decorated studio as described in the brochure. Oddly all the Greek guests at the hotel seemed to have nicer rooms than ours. Sink had no hot water (health and safety risk as it's classed as self catering) and worryingly the 2 ringed camping stove was plugged in above the sink. Bare wires were under our bed.
Next day the welcome meet was just our rep pointing at a map, had it been my first time in Greece I would have been unaware of the culture, food , money exchange, drink, water/beach etc. We were 'treated to a welcome drink of warm Orage squash....Welcome to Greece. She obviously had plenty of time to run through the Kosmar trips and I questioned her on the 'Kosmar Cruise' I asked if it was just Kosmar to which she replied yes and I asked if it was just Brits to which she also replied yes, there would be about 80 people on board
Lies No 4, 5 and 6. We arrive on board to find hoards of Greeks from 2 other tour operators and well over 100 people all squashed up on benches. Having been on and enjoyed over 30 holiday boat trips this was by far and away the worst. We were herded off and told to come back for lunch. Getting back on board we saw Captain all his Crew and family sitting down to chicken fish and salad and looked forward to our lunch.
We queued up and were served with ill grace by the Captain and his wife who looked like thunder and practically threw the food at us, 2 dry really awful burgers (I wont call them beef burgers it's an insult to cows) dry bread and Orange Squash, apparently there had been a few glasses of wine, truly awful, most went in the bin. Rest of trip was Ok but no smiles at all from mine jovial host.
Following this each day our rep appeared and sat at the bar for 1/2 hour and left, rarely speaking to anyone. the Thomas Cook rep each morning walked around all her guests and was laughing and joking, if we wanted anything we asked her.
Having been to Greece 4 times with the same Company which I'm afraid I'm not prepared to mention as I selfishly don't want everyone else using them and having had first class service from beginning to end I was shocked, annoyed and disappointed with Kosmar, I feel we have been ripped off , abused, lied to and treated like idiots and I will never travel with this company ever again.
