I have been registered for internet banking since 1st March 2007. To this date (1st April 2007) I have not been able to access my accounts. Internet services have confirmed the details I am using are correct, so what is the problem? I am most disappointed with Woolwich Open Plan Internet Banking.

Their website is always going down. I have emailed continuously about the poor service, and they come back and say that they can't find anything wrong. Sometimes you go into the Woolwich Open Plan Internet Banking site, but it doesn't have the internet banking link on it, and most times I've found that I can't get into the site at all, as it says the page is not available. This is all I have to say. Since Barclays took them over - what does that tell you?
My bank - switched!

I transferd 13,500, on the 25,8,06, 1st I changed it up to euros. Total 19710 euro I was told it would take 5 days, as it normally does, today is the 13,9,06 ,I STILL HAVE NOT GOT THE MONEY>> Apart from that I feel like they have not got time for you, apart from that the money is transferd through my mums account, she is 85 and they have made her go to there branch 5 times, they even phoned her at home and told her they found the money, but when I went to the bank it was not there, so i would think twice about putting anything in the woolwich or associated companys,

I know that Banks operate under stringent government rules and regulations but surely common sense should sometimes prevail. It is almost impossible to get my money out of my Woolwich Open Plan Internet banking account, although it is easy to pay money into it.

I have been a customer before the Woolwich offered an internet banking service so when this came along it was a very welcome feature. It was very much a java offering that was from the outset very slow and temperamental. Some improvements have been made in this respect, but overall, the offering is distinguishable from other offerings in its exclusivity to MS and IE users at the expense of other OS and browser users (eg Opera and Firefox). Also, it is well known that the most leaky and insecure browser is the MS offering so security warnings and instructions from Woolwich have to be questioned if all they offer is IE.

The Woolwich Open Plan has rip off charges
£3500 charged when account was paid off early - there was no authority for it, there was no mention of it in the Woolwich terms and conditions - it is corporate theft inspired by greed!

I opened my Woolwich Open Plan account about 2year the first set of loggon details they gave me never worked. Finanl i got a working set and now the link onto the site is not on the home page and I havent been told of its new location! My bank card was due to expire at the end of August the new card came valid from July ( can you beat that) and both cards where supposedly active at the same time due to error in the dates

A Review can be defined as a new appraisal or evaluation - this review gives no information about whether the bank site works or not and is therefore totally useless.

eyimofe is clearly a wuss - I just entered Woolwich Open Plan on Google and up it came.

Also what has the bank card date got to do with internet banking?

When eyimofe has learnt to spell and how to use his/her computer, perhaps they could try to usefully review something

I too am having serious doubts. I banked £90,000 and it has gone "missing" in their systems. I reported it to the Police and they say we have to take it up with 'our bank'.
