“Unprofessional service, failed to attend 3 appointments”

The aim was to get a phoneline and broadband set up in our new office. BT failed to attend 3 engineer appointments, each time we had a member of staff waiting all day for the engineer. We did not even get a courtesy call to inform us they would not attend. After 2 months and our business still has no phone or internet we said don't bother attempting a 4th engineer appointment we don't want BT. “Failed to attend installation appointments 3 times”

On three separate occasions BT failed to turn up for appointments to install our new line. We didn't even receive a call to inform us they were not going to bother turning up. This is a business and on all three occasions we have had a member of staff waiting for them, waste of time, waste of wages. When someone eventually did turn up it was a five minute job but from the first no-show appointment to getting our phone line took over a month. Changed address recently and received threatening and bullying emails about an alleged no paid bill. It's no good trying to speak to a human about this-the computor keeps on churning out the same threats. “Bt Large corporation”

Unfortunately BT only care about wining your business not retaining it, the deals they offer new customers compared to what they give there existing customers is huge. They are a huge corporation that have NO sense of customer service just like most large companies these days. “Business phone cut off”

We where having a phone system installed but the engineer did not start the work because he did not have all the equipment he needed, so he said he would halt the job and place an order then come back when it all arrives. Shortly after he left we found the phones were disconnected. We had several call via mobile from customers saying that there was a message when they called the landline that (This number is no longer available). “WORST Customer service”

“Was only trying to get infinity!”

“1 month complaint and still going”

On going complaint for a month no call back cant provide the service to which i signed up for. They keep closing the complaint would never recommend bt. “A big mess”

We have a business account with BT (as no other suppliers in the area). Price is good but getting anything sorted is beyond nightmare... You are being passed from one department to another on the phone, then after an hour you find out actually no one can help... Total mess and utterly ridiculous... Can only review on customer service as an engineer never attended to install the phone lone/broadband. After receiving a bombardment of reminder messages emails and phone calls to ensure I did not forget my appointment, I booked the afternoon off work to wait for the engineer. “Money grabbers”

After being with BT for nearly 30 years I decided to go to Virgin as they have recently laid cables in the area. Received an email from BT that I will have to pay £31.00 to have my broadband disconnected. I rang them as to why I should have to pay this, and was told than an engineer would have to physically disconnect my broadband from the cabinet. Last August I received a letter about renewing the Bt sport lite Sky channel, so I could still get it for free.I did the on line form, but it said there was a problem. So phoned them and got passed around alot, but eventually got it sorted, or so I thought. BT Corporate Rip off the poor I just changed my tv package today and it was cut immediately yet i was told that i have to give 1 months notice,that does mean i have to pay for what i had cut still.!!
