Calas de Mallorca, Club Cala Romani

I stay on this hotel for 10 days as a family holidays , all inclusive , I can't complain about the food , the deserts was terrible , drinks ok , as all inclusive hotel the bar close at 12 I stayed in others all inclusive and most of them the bar was open all night , the entertainment was very poor quality ,I have paid for internet to expensive for only 1 handset , we had 3 Phones plus 2 tablets in total I need it to pay for 5 internet £24 7 days I decide to only for 2 handsets even with very bad signal, they still charging , and the worst thing is the apartments , very dirty , old , cleaning service , my rate for them its 0 so if you want to know if I would like to be back to this hotel NEVER AGAIN

the hotel was great, staff were really helpful and friendly also the pool's were great for the kids as there is a shallow pool and a deep one. the rooms were great very clean, towels, bedsheets etc changed everyday now thats good service. the restraunt was fantastic as there was a lot to chosse from and it was great. the self service drinks were also very good,very close to the beach only 5 min walk and the town is also a five minute walk, the reception area is also presented very well. we are returing next year :)

After reading the reviews i was a little worried, we had a party of 7 ranging from a 13 month old baby to an 87 year old and had a great time. Granted the rooms are basic but you only sleep in them after all, the food was excellent I am a fussy eater and was full each meal time as there was so much to choose from, staff coulod be a little more frindly but this did not spoil things for us, reception staff were excellent and very helpfull, our checkout time was 7am and we were given coffee before our journey back ( nice touch as the all inclusive wa not operational atthis time). Pools are beutiful and there are 4 of them with a shaded one for te little ones. The beach was a steady 15 minutes walk and is beautiful. We are planning to return in 2 years... great idea the beer and juice and wine are self serve until 8pm. I would highly recommend this hotel and have done so already to friends... do not be put off by the bad reviews at the end of the day it is a 3 star hotel and in my opinion should be rated a 4 star.

if you are taking a baby take a harness as the highchairs have no straps..

There are a lot of wasps around the pool area after the sugary drinks these do not sting and we put a cup of juice by our table and this kept them away from us.

Hoppa bus took nearly 2 hours from airport to resort when it should onlky take 20 minutes, when we go bak we will not book the bus but will get a taxi.

WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM A WEEKS HOLIDAY AT CLUB CALA RAMARNI WE HAD A GREAT TIME WE WERE A FAMILY OF 5 THERE IS SOMETHING TO DO FO ALL AGES THE POOLS WERE FANTASTIC ALTHOUGH THERE WAS ALOT OF WASPS THERE THE FOOD WAS GOOD ALWAYS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE SO IF YOU DIDNT LIKE 1 THING THERE WAS SOMETHING YOU WOULD LIKE THE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT WAS GREAT FOR THE CHILDREN IT KEPT THEM AMUSED THE SELF SERVICE FOR THE CHILDRENS DRINKS WAS GOOD THEY COULD HELP THEMSELVES TO JUICES AND SLUSHES NOT ALOT FOR TEENAGERS UNLESS THEY FOUND FRIENDS BUT OVER ALL WE WILL DEFINATLEY RETURN.

I'm just bak from Club Cala Romani & had great time. The food was superb never had same twice. Studio room not great but I was changed to another with no fuss staff very nice & it wouldn't hurt some of the Brits to learn some manners their greed was astonishing! Thankyou in any language is easy to learn. I'll be goin bak to that hotel in Mallorca

We have recently returned from Calas de Mallorca.we stayed in the Club Cala Romani.there was just myself and my husband but we do have 4 young children so can tell you what its like for both couples and children.the hotel rooms are basic but clean and do the job!!we had clean towwels everyday.the food was lovely.i am funny with food but i really enjoyed the hotel food.the hotel grounds is fantastic.there are 4 pools all for different ages.there is a toddler pool in a shaded area with a park which is ideal for little ones.the nearby cove beaches are amazing.the sea is shallow for quite a long way so its nice if you dont like deep water!all in all the hotel and the resort was lovely and we are now planning to take our children to the same place next year.we loved it!!

very well catered for kids , beach not far , giant pool , daytime and night time entertainment for kids , food - something for even the fussiest eaters , located near bars , and amusments across the street are worth a visit and i would also recommend renting a £15 per hour peddal boat and go in the caves !

we stayed at the club cala romani in ocober 2006 and loved it ! for only our second time abroad ever , there was always somthing to do , you never got bored and the kids never ran out of things to do

Everything in this hotel was excellent but particularly there is really polite staff and the facilities were amazing and hotel was really clean. Only a short walk from beach

Booked online for all-inclusive which was the first time my husband and I had tried this and would have no problem in going back to hotel in future. Found hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spotless. Entertainment was well catered for all in age groups.

Food was good well presented and plenty off at each sitting with the exception of my comment above on pizzas.

Would recommend it to anyone, couples & families a like.

First time I have went all inclusive, wouldn't again, food was not very well cooked and not easy on the eye. Staff were ignorant, not much help either at finding out information for you. No air con meant at night you needed to keep the patio doors open only to be invaded by insects. Only good thing I could say about it was the beach was nearby. The pool area was all too competitive ie. towels put down from 6.30. Sa Coma is down the road, wish we had of been there instead.
