Cannot Beat A Disney Cruise
We love Disney cruising and the Wonder is our favourite ship, such a nice size and great facilities. A day trip to Castaway Cay (Disney's own island) is always the highlight. Love, Love, Love and cannot wait to be back.

The Disney Wonder Cruise Was A Very Nice, High End
The Disney Wonder Cruise was a very nice, high end cruise.
I found this review unhelpful because there is not enough real detail for someone contemplating a Disney Cruise.
The Disney Wonder cruise sounds great! Good review!

We Cruised Disney Cruises, Disney Wonder With My H
We cruised Disney Cruises, Disney Wonder with my husband and 3 year old son, and another family with a 5 year old son. The process for boarding was smooth. The cabin was wonderful. Very large for an inside state room. Booking excursions was very easy (compared to Carnival Cruise Line). The food was average at best, but our dinner waiter was wonderful. The beverage woman was semi okay. The decks and pool areas were very comfortable with plenty of space and great drink service. Characters were available throughout the cruise for pictures however the assistants with the characters were not very understanding when my son saw Mickey and ran up and gave him a hug. He didnt want a picture and I was visably taking my son away since he cut in front of the line starting. Please understand children dont understand rules when they are excited to see a cartoon character they love. The morning breakfast waiter was rude, but we heard the crew works from 3-9 months averaging 80+ hours a week with NO days off the entire 3-9 months. And they are dealing with kids non stop. Overall it made us want to cruise again with Disney for the 7-10 day cruise. We swore off cruising before our son was born after taking several trips with Carnival and their overbooking system. I can say Disney knows how to move large numbers of people from plane to bus to ship and back with grace and ease while accomidating children. Once we landed in Ft.Lauderdale they picked up our luggage and had it waiting for us in front of our cabin. (LOVED IT)
I found this review generally helpful because the food aspect is what I am really interested in learning about, having just enjoyed a freestyle cruise where you choose where and what you eat.

The Checkin On The Disney Wonder Was Easy. We Were
The checkin on the Disney Wonder was easy. We were upgraded to a cabin with a verandah which was easily better than any hotel room I have ever stayed in. The maid was excellent, and worked so hard to keep the cabins clean and tidy.
The meals were excellent, lots of seafood on the menu. Room service was included in the holiday price so you could have your meals on your verandah if you wanted. There is more than enough food at each meal, but there are bars where burgers, fruit etc can be found.
We stopped at Nassau, Freeport and Disneys own island, Castaway Key. Snorkling in Nassau was a great experience. Castaway Key was a paradise island where we swam with lots of tropical looking fish, we even saw a barracuda!!
We were sad to leave the ship on our last morning but even that was exciting when we saw a manatee and some dolphin in the port.
We would definately do this again and would reccomend it to everyone.
I found this review helpful because the food aspect is interesting - but this was back in 2003!
I wonder why passports had to be handed over??? As non-Americans, we have just cruised the Hawaiian Islands, and the passports stayed in our in the room safe - which is where they should be! Thanks for the rest of the review about the Disney Wonder Disney Cruises..
