Keith Prowse Ticketing - Pre January 2011

Problems with their internet booking system have resulted in duplicate payment being taken from my account. When I first tried to order the tickets over the internet the page timed out. No confirmation email or tickets were sent were received BUT they took payment from my account. It turns out that Keith Prowse were aware of the system problem which affected multiple users but have done nothing other than take the customers money.

So far I have not managed to get any response from Keith Prowse.

I ordered 3 tickets for farnbouorgh air show but as a problem with their internet page i ended paying twice i rang the company who told me to send tickets back which i did do but still no refund i rang again when i was told they will sort it out but up to now no refund. Now i have found out that they have gone bust any one know how to get my money back

Problems with their internet booking system meant I have now paid for 6 tickets when I only want 2. I booked over the phone in the end as the operator said the payment for the online booking had not gone through, but a few days letter I noticed on my credit card statement that it had. A fault with the internet site meant that another payment had also gone through! I had to go direct to Farnborough Air Show for them to approve a refund and I'm still chasing round after Keith Prowse to try and get my money back, I've only had one refund so far. It has been time consuming and very frustrating. I'm surprised that you can't make telephone bookings anymore for the air show, especially as they are aware of the internet probs.

I booked these keith prowse tickets as part of my honeymoon.....upon arriving at the waterpark i was told that i could not get in as the tickets were not valid. I then had to phone keith prowse from dubai and was told that i did not have the correct tickets (these were at my house as they arrived after i left for my holiday). I was then told they could send them again for some strange reason.

I did not get to experience the park as we did not have the spare cash to pay again and therefore ruined this part of my honeymoon and keith prose could not care less.

I called when back in the uk and was told that i would not be getting a refund as the departure date was noted as the same day as entrance to the waterpark! surely this should have been noticed by the person sending the tickets out. I will not use them again

I always use Keith Prowse Ticketing for my West End theatre tickets. I find the website easy to understand and use and have always got excellent seats. It is the first website I look on when I need tickets as I know I can book with 100% confidence.
