Mondo Akimbo A-go-go Was The First Ever Release Fr

Mondo Akimbo A-Go-Go was the first ever release from The Wildhearts. It came out on CD, 12" White Vinyl and 12" Standard Black Vinyl. All three formats are incredibly sought-after now, especially the white vinyl release. The EP came out for sale way back in April 1992, where it was later to be combined with another four tracks to become "Don't Be Happy...Just Worry" in November 1992. Both the vinyl formats included an uncredited extract of the unreleased track "Truth" that can now be found on unoffcial bootlegs that float around.

The track listing is as follows:

1. Nothing Ever Changes But The Shoes

2. Crying Over Nothing

3. Turning American

4. Liberty Cap

All four tracks are classics, with haunting vocals from Ginger and heart thumping riffs to get those rubber-soled shoes bouncing. This is really a collector's item now, so expect a high price (as much as £80 for the white vinyl release).
