I completely disagree with Kankrish's review. I use Premiere 2.0 Pro and the ACEDVio board. Because this, like most true NLE software is non-linear editing (NLE), this issue no longer exists.
I have NEVER had this problem, and find the ACEDVio to be a rock solid productive investment. I typically composit 60 - 90 video using several transitions, effects, movement and the like.

I recently replaced my DVStorm2 Pro ($1,200.00 new) board with the ACEDVio, as the Storm card wouldn't work with PPro 2, and Canopus is no longer supporting new driver sets. Although it lacks a conversion engine and several bells and whistles (hence the cost difference), I am not dissatisfied at all.

Kankrish appears to be having a software issue, as this is not the fault of the hardware.
