Sony Mdr-rf815r Wireless
Imagine, 3.5mm jack meaning, it is quite compatible with majority of devices. The wireless part too, is wonderful because you do not have to be inconvenienced by long boring cords. The battery is also very satisfying. Sound quality is excellent plus they are comfortable and fitting. Yeah I would say, Sony just scored once again on this one. 8 months now and I have the best experience on my ears every single day. I bet you should try it out.

Lasted 11 Years
You always see reviews from people who have had a product for a month or 2 - I thought I would buck the trend...
I was bought these in 2001 for my 13th Birthday!!
They have survived a messy teenagers lifestyle and worse - room! They have always been great sounding, had fantastic reception and had a great battery life.
I have never been a major music snob and my main concerns were watching TV and later, playing computer games all night long both for long lengths of time.
I have just decided to lay them to rest as recently the battery life has become too short for anything more than 20 mins at a time.
All in all - good value, good enough sound for the non snob, super comfy, super long life.
Now I am a proper adult I am going to treat myself to something slightly more top-endish and whilst I am sure that a £200 pair will sound much better, I doubt that they will last half as long.

Unless you are a really serious hifi person then the Sony MDR-RF815r Wireless headphones are great and have never given us a problem. The foam covers over the ear-pierce have now worn out but thats from a lot of use. I am trying to find where to get new covers rather than needing to buy a new headset.
Replacement sponge ear covers for your MDR-RF815r are available.
I was in the same boat loved the headphones and have had them for more than 5 years with no problem. I just wore out the sponge covers.
Found replacements on the web.

I Have Had These Sony Mdr-rf815r Headphones For A
I have had these Sony MDR-RF815r headphones for a couple of years (£55 from Argos), and on the whole I like them.
They are wireless, and are good for relaxing mp3 & DVD playback, but not brilliant sound wise.
I would look into the Seinheisser as these are very good indeed.

These Sony Rf815r Wireless Headphones Were Bought
These Sony RF815r wireless headphones were bought for me as a birthday present and I have been nothing but pleased with them. From listening to some internet radio at night, to relaxing to my favorite cd outside in the sun, they perform well.
Setup is very much 'plug in and you are going', and comes with a flex which has phono jacks on one end and a 3.5mm jack on the other - it can be used either way round which is a great bonus.
They do become uncomfortable after prolonged usage. This is where a stand alone reciever would come in handy, but this could probably be resolved by buying some separate ear pads.
Charging time is not noticed (though is only a 1:1 ratio apparently) because you can leave them on the base while not in use.
I have not tried any other wireless headphones, but I recommend these
OK, so you don't know anything about headphones, but you know what you like?
Personally, having ripped the flimsy ear pads on mine, and found it impossible to buy spares, I wouldn't buy from Sony again.

These Wireless Headphones Are Great For Listening
These wireless headphones are great for listening when doing something, for serious music listening i wouldn't recommend them because they lack detail and accuracy. I find them great when listening to TV at night.
