You Know You're In A Good Place When Theres 120,00

You know you're in a good place when theres 120,000 people signing together having a great time, oh and watching on of the best football team on the planet.

The Nou Camp is an feat of architecture, a symbol of modern day football, a work of art, these phrases can all be used to describe the home of Barcelona FC.

Go to a game, you will not be disappointed, the atmosphere is electric, where down by the pitch or up in the gods. Everything about the stadium is amazing. There are no restricted views, every seat, every person, every blade of grass can be seen no matter where you are sat.

Seeing a game at the Nou Camp should be done by every football fan.

Me And A Few Friends Travelled To Barcelona At The

Me and a few friends travelled to Barcelona at the beginning of December to see them play Deportivo. Tickets were really easy to get a hold of, and altogether a 3 day trip cost us £110 with tickets, flights and accommodation, so its a great footballing get-away. The clubs website shows you a diagram of all the seats in the ground, and colour codes them as available or not, and you simply click which you want, meaning its great for planning where to sit if there are quite a few of you. The ground is really easy to get to, Barcelona's metro system being, cheap, fast and efficient, we got to the ground within 10 minutes from the other side of the city. After climbing hundreds of steps, we stepped out onto the stands (third tier), and were nearly blown away, the view is unbelievable, and will leave you stunned. I was advised by friends to avoid sitting in the third tier as it is too high, but it is the complete opposite. Up there, you can see the entire world, the pitch, stadium and rest of the city laid out before you, its amazing. As the stand is steep sided, and, coupled with the wind, you will need to be careful you don't fall, trust me, its easier said than done. Being steep, the view is amazing, and, even at this high up, you can see all the players clearly. With 98,000 people inside, the flashes from cameras at kickoff is amazing. However, come the beginning of the match, the atmosphere is dire. There aren't many hardcore Barca fans, its more a family oriented place, which is a pity as it means no chanting or jeering, instead the fans merely clap and whistle whenever Ronaldinho does some skill. Even when they scored, the fans gave a mumbled cheer. However, do not let this deter you. The Nou Camp is an unbelievable stadium (definitely the best in Europe, and I've been to Old Trafford, the San Siro, Bernebau, Anfield, Emirates and many more), and i would highly recommend you go just for the sheer breathtaking views this ground has to offer.

Barcelona's Nou Camp Stadium Holds 120,000 People

Barcelona's Nou Camp stadium holds 120,000 people and provides you with an unforgettable atmosphere than you will never forget. Sure the tickets and refreshments can be pricey but remember where you are. A trip to the Nou Camp is worth every penny, or cent.

I Was Very Disappointed. The Nou Camp

I was very disappointed.

The Nou Camp stadium in Barcelona and the surrounding complex are terrific. We bought tickets in the morning for the evening match. The seats behind the goal were €30 each, which was a good price. The stadium was almost full, but where were the fans? There was no colour, hardly any noise and no singing. We couldn't find a match programme seller, and the catering was very limited and poor.

Yes, we saw Messi, Ronaldhino and the rest, but it was a stroll in park. We even thought the match had been fixed, as it was so predictable.

It's more exciting at Tranmere Rovers.

Barca - must do better.

The Nou Camp (new Field) In Barcelona Is The Large

The Nou Camp (new field) in Barcelona is the largest football stadium in Europe with a capacity of 98,787. The spectacular views and atmosphere created within the Nou Camp is simply amazing. Home to Barcelona FC the stadium was built 1957. The site incorporates many other sporting facilities, opposite the Camp Nou is the Palau Blaugrana which is home to indoor sporting activities and adjacent to this building is the Ice Rink, located behind the Nou Camp is the "mini estadi" with a capacity of 15,276, this is home to Barcelona B, Barcelona C and other junior teams, the Andorran national side also host their matches at the "mini estadi". I would recommend a visit to the Nou Camp to anyone, it is mint. The guided tour is quality and you get to look at plenty of stuff behind the scenes like and the museum is class. Remember to pack your fastest trainers if you are going to a night game and deploy added vigilance towards derby matches.

I have never been to the Nou Camp stadium in Barcelona, but I might think about it after reading your review.
