As soon as you pay your money Harvey’s are not interested in communicating with you as a customer, no service, no questions answered, late arrival of our sofa and no apology, we hired a van to collect a sofa we were told to collect and it wasn’t even in the country. Terrible customer service. If you have a fault with your product, if our experience is anything to go by, it will not get resolved by Harvey’s. Having read a number of reviews since it appears this is a common issue with products sold that develop faults within 1 year of purchase. Will certainly be taking our business elsewhere in the future. Poor customer service, poor products and engineers that are sent to review that tell stories to your face. After waiting 2 months for a delivery I was called 24hrs prior to the arranged delivery date to call them, on doing so the next morning I was asked to again arrange a date, I informed that my table was due that day. I was then told it was out of stock and would be another month, when I informed them that I wished to cancel I was told if I went ahead with the order I could have a discount but they would not say how much until it was delivered, this I felt was an insult. “Poor quality”

We ordered two sofas and a foot stool. Both sofas had faults in the fabric and they delivered the wrong foot stool which was also faulty. Refused to replace sofas - we had to have a report from an independent person - he said he was going to write report, I left the room and he cut off the lumpy threads! Seat cushions sagged after a couple of weeks and we're not particularly heavy people! “Sofas only last 1 year!!”

We bought sofas and 2 arm chairs from Harvey’s, they looked squished and untidy after just a year of having them, no matter how many times you tidy or fluff them up. I rang customer service to explain that our arm chair cushion was particularly squished and rarely sat on to which they replied that I would have to pay someone to come out and review this! It is really disappointing that a simple product which was to be delivered in December/January is now finally ready in March but it will take another three weeks to deliver it. This is the worst service ever. I have heard of delays but delay in months and then instead of delivering it at the earliest to make up, having it delivered nearly after a month is the worst service I have seen by any company. My delivery cancelled three times, even though ordered late December they could not make their third agreed delivery of 11th April. At that point I lost all confidence in them and cancelled. So delivery problems seem quite typical for them

I went to Harvey's on Sunday the 28. We needed the 3+2 seated sofas for my Family. They told the delivery is 14 weeks. We signed the document and went home and following we though 14 weeks (3.5month) I stood long as we needed badly. they told us we made the order if we want to cancel to call in n24hours time, otherwise, there will be charge if we want to cancel.
