I ordered a Warrant settee from Harvey in Nottingham, On arrival all the parts was nicely packed into a box, well wrapped. I was excited until the deliverly men assemble them, the colour was exactly what i wanted but the settees was a big disappointment. They looked like something that came out of a second-hand store. I had heard about Watchdog exposing Harveys a few years back and assumed that they had sorted themselves out (I know what you will say!!). Bought a 2 & 3 leather sofa which peeled. They sent someone out to re/seal it. 4 months later it was peeling again. A rude lady told me on the phone to get a independent report from home serve and had to pay £45. Would get money back if proven as there fault. Order Sparta dining table and 6 chais waiting time is 6 months.Delivery arrived on the 7.11.17.delivery driver open the contain for the Base of the table it's marble the Base is cracked so bad it's not safe to uses. ordered table with 4 chairs and also 2 upholstered chairs to go with it. The upholstered chairs didnt arrive with the rest of the order and when we contacted Customer Services we were told that they had been delivered! Bought a leather 3 piece suite for £1000, and it wore in 2 places. Still under warranty. Contacted customer services who didn't want to know. Very rude and abrupt on the phone. We have just had exactly the same problem! We did pay and get the report and it was proved to be a manufacturing fault so they had to reimburse for the report and we finally got our money back after a lot of calls and frustration so do get the report done!

We purchased a sofa and cuddle chair through Harvey's and 4 months down the line both had signs of shrinking despite paying the extra for what we thought would be boosters. Complained and had 3 visits from technicians who stated we weren't sitting in them correctly!!? A complete waste of our hard earned money, costing over £1000. We purchased a 3 & 2 seater 'Lincoln' leather recliner sofas - after less than 3.5 years the leather is peeling in a number of places due to poor quality (& the leather is only 1-2mm think, glued to fabric - very cheaply made, expensively sold ???). We recently purchased 2 three seater sofa's from Harveys. The ordering in the shop was very time consuming as their computers were down at the time. The sofa's finally arrived after around 3 months. The delivery guys were very helpful and took care when bringing them into the house. Unfortunately the following day we noticed that 1 of the sofa's had a small tare in the leather. We purchased a large 2 seater and 2 seater with scatter backs. Was told all available will delivered with 2_ 3 weeks. We got a call the second week to confirm delivery on the friday.
