Just Avoid Them...
Good pre-sales service. Salesman agreed to fix seat and radio and issue MOT so paid deposit and agreed to pick up one week later.
I called in advance and the man on duty knew nothing about it. He asked me to call him back in 10. I did and he said he had found it but moaned that the salesman (his colleague) had written unclearly.
We picked up much later that day and found the radio was not fixed. He said his colleague had not written it down and he could not ask his mechanic to to a job that had not been properly written out by the salesman!!
A mechanic wlaked past and said it would only take 2 mins but again he refused to do it.
He said we needed to speak to the salesman on Monday to sort it out and then return with the car (40 minute drive).
Absolute rubbish behaviour.

Service Was Abysmal
We bought a car last Saturday and made arrangements to pick it up on Monday. When we arrived we we told that little problem we were made aware of, was more serious and the car would be ready the following day. On Tuesday we were told the car wasn't ready and were promised it on Friday. On Thursday we phoned again to make sure, then again Friday. We were told to pick up at six which changed to half six. We arrived at twenty past six and had to wait (after phoning twice) till ten past seven till someone arrived. The big disappointment was that at no point were were phoned regarding the delays or offered an apology.

Awful Experience And Should Be Reported To Trading Standards
Total jokers and even the so called owner doesn't know what's going on. Real shame they haven't been shut down and I'm personally reporting them to trading standards for a number of reasons. Do not consider buying a car from these people.
Wanted some info on a car that was advertised by this company on PreLoved. Found I couldn't ask them anything via the PreLoved website - only a mobile number. Bit dodgy where there is no means of recording any queries. Queries such as Service History?; Are all the features working?; What about the sunroof?; Keys?; Tax?; MOT?; Smoking on start-up?; Mileage?; Year?; Just ordinary things you would expect a legitimate company to include in their information pack. Got a quick reply to the Mileage -210,000Km Year 2001. Asked again about the rest of the info request. Nothing!
Decided to go on-line and find out about this company. Found a review site.
BEWARE! Only lousy reviews giving one point one (1.1 / 5) out of five. Not a good word by anyone. Everyone advised to keep away from this company.
Just remember this is a LIMITED COMPANY, incorporated less than 2yrs ago. So if anything goes wrong and they decide to wind the business up and open again under a different name - you've lost your money.
The latest Annual Accounts submitted to Companies House for the year up to 31/12/2012 reported 'cash at bank' of £3,038, 'liabilities' worth £4,328, 'net worth' (NEGATIVE EQUITY) of £-1,290 and 'assets' worth £3,038. Wakefield Trade Centre Ltd's risk score was amended on 06/07/2013.

Good Car... Service Not So Good.
I found my ideal car on Autotrader, sold by FCS Trade sales.
I went there to view it, all seemed good the people were friendly and the forecourt was as you'd expect, nothing out of the ordinary. When I asked for a test drive, the dealer who seemed like a nice man at the time simply gave us the car keys told us to go for a drive and come back soon, then went back into his office. The dealer was helpful and informative but left us alone to have a good look at the car. I put a deposit down and bought the car that day, WITH the promise it would be taxed.
Saturday came, and I went to collect my car, all was good I paid for the car and drove it home, however I soon realised that there was no service history in the folder it was in when I last looked, and NO tax disc!
I went back to the dealer straight away, with some argueing I finally persuaded him he had the service history, but he demanded that the tax was "Not my fault it is simply autotraders stupid ad writers making another mistake" and I should take the matter up with them, and told us to leave with the car after a long and frustrating arguement. That's funny, I thought the dealer wrote the adverts...
Nice people when you're trying to buy... Aftercare and service once you've bought the car is useless and the people change completely. Would consider buying again but would double check every single detail before paying!

Do Not Go Here
Thank goodness we didn't buy the car after reading this. The cars are ridiculously overpriced and be prepared to wait hours for them to actually bring you the car. They Try to make them look amazing, looked a really good deal on auto-trader but the more we looked the more we found wrong. One star is being extremely generous.
Pre-delivery Inspection Doesnt Mean Pre-delivery Inspection
Brought a Saab 93 from them at the end of June. When driving the vehicle home the service light came on even though the salesman explained on the phone and while there that it had been done. Taken to another garage to have gearbox work carried out that wasnt satisfactory on pick up and they now refused to pay for the service work. Found a spring that has cracked, no washer fluid in system on pick up, bulbs that were blown and tyre pressures that were woefully low. Air conditioning worked for 2 days and apparently the car has 12 months MOT freshly put on. Safe to say, repeat business doesnt seem like something they will have.

Poor Service/after Sales
I traded my Range Rover Sport tdv6 for a newer tdv8 which looked fantastic. The salesman was helpful (at that time)so a deal was struck. 10 days after collecting the service warning came on, I phoned the salesman 3 times but received no response so I e mailed o my to be told that they are not responsible for servicing. I now face a £1000.00 service bill. Legally They are in the right, morally they are awful. So buyer beware. There is a certain amount of leg lifting going on here.
