i am warking kotak mhindra bank no loan no civil diffilt but hsbc is saying your card is declined Nat verification my resi and office add but card declined

no problems with hsbc, i pay my balance in full each month, no problem changing the payment date, never been charged interest as i only use this card for day to day purchases. customer service was fine when i rung up to change my payment date, only reason i can think that people would complain is that they can't afford to pay their balance. which is no fault of hsbc!

I have had this credit card with HSBC for over a year now. I originally took it out as a back up regarding a holiday that i was going on in June 2010 and with it came 3 months 0% on purchases. I did end up using it, not for the purpose that i got it however and have used it nearly every month since. It enables me to make purchases if i do not have enough money in my current account, i can see how much i have spent online so i know what needs to be paid back, i get monthly statements telling me how much i need to pay and i have never been charged a late payment or interest because i pay it off ON TIME! What more can you ask for? I cant comment on customer service because i have never had to make a call but i will rate them 5 star on the basis that, if they are as good as the rest of the service HSBC provides then i doubt i will have a problem :)

I recently changed all my personal banking to HSBC and they sent me letter with details of their no fee Credit Card. I had never had a credit card before as I have never needed it but decided to apply (for emergencies) because this card has no annual fee and I always plan to pay it in full so it will cost me nothing to have it.
I am very happy with this card. I receive the bill, pay it in full - no problems.
Just watch out when you pay it by BPAY - the statement does say to allow at least 2 days and it really does take this long to hit the Visa balance. A bit annoying but what can you do? However if they ever introduce a fee I will cancel it. Haven't had to use their customer service but I have given 5* because I had the card within 4 days when I first applied.

HSBC Gold is just a great Credit Card. They provide very good credit limit. Also they offer a very great feature of Balance Transfer. There service and customer care is just perfect. I have been using this card for almost 2 years and the experience has been just wonderful !!!

It's a good card...I have no problems with it, I pay my bill every month in full and thats that. They don't give you the hard sell like some other companies can sometimes do.
