My Birthday

My boyfriend ordered me flowers and to be delivered on the 31st oct! He paid extra to have it delivered by courier by 12pm! Waited in all day it didn't arrive! Waited in all day yest 1/11/7 it came at 5.10pm smashed into smitherines! The courier couldn't care less and for 3 days me and my boyfriend have been leavin messaged and emails for the company! Now the only way is to go to trading standards and the Sunday paper! My boyfriend and myself are disgusted with this service! So still no birthday flowers and gifts!!! Never will I recommend it and never will it be used again! Interflora all the way next time

Guaranteed Nest Day + Guaranteed Courier. What A Joke

First and last time I will use such a cheating, lying and unprofessional company.

Paid extra for next day delivery plus extra for guaranteed courier delivery.

And.....Nothing, no replies to emails either, absolutely disgusting. The only saving grace was using Paypal to make payment and when I opened a dispute with them they refunded my money.

Flowers Didn't Turn Up

This place is discussing l ordered flowers for my mother and arranged for them to be delivered today and my mum has been in all day and not turned up I am so upset as my mum has nothing for Mother's Day and I am £40 out of pocket.

What's Happened To Valueflora !!

Have used them in the past with great results and good quality product.

But ordered a nice basket for my wife at Christmas with plenty of time to process the order, and the flowers turned up, missing items that were a freebie with the deal and not looking anything like the advertised deal !!!

What's going on Valueflora ??? Dropped the ball this time and despite calling, (only to ever get an answer phone), emailing, (without any reply), I eventually had to get Paypal on the case. No communication from Valueflora whatsoever !?!?! Luckily paid with Paypal, so started a case, with NO answer from Valueflora and thus got my money back ! Still not a word from them !!

As mentioned, have used in the past with good results, but after this issue, I will not use them again. Just check the reviews and see for yourself, maybe one in ten happy customers, and when anyone tries to contact them, nothing ! Just ignored.

That is very poor customer service that has lost a customer of many years on and off use !

Flowers Never Arrived - Noone Ever Answers The Phone!!

I ordered flowers for mother's day in March - I ordered the flowers in February, so plenty of time in advance. They took my money straight away. But the flowers were never delivered. I have rung them 12 times, left 10 messages and sent 6 emails. I have never been replied to and they have effectively stolen £30 from me.

I could not urge anyone MORE NEVER ever to order flowers from this disgraceful company.

I am still waiting for the flowers to arrive that my friend sent to Spain from UK vis valueflora they were supposed to have arrived by 5th April It is now the 19th.

Poor Quality, Bad Customer Service.......

I purchased 2 dozen red roses for my partner , they looked lovely when she opened them, within 48 hours they where all dead, I emailed and was sent a replacement, this time they lasted less than 36 hours, all future emails I sent where ignored so I opened a dispute with paypal and had to get my money back that way.

Really disappointed with the quality would never recommend these guys or use them again, they are cheap and you get what you pay for......

The only good thing is you can pay with PayPal so when they send you rubbish at least you can claim your money back.

Do Not Use!

Value flora took my card payment and emailed confirmation so I thought the flowers would arrive for my mums birthday - wrong!

Not only do I now consider them to have stolen £30 of money, over a week later noone has retuned my calls or emails.

Im now processing a credit card charge back to get my money back.

My personal view is its better to flush your money down the toilet than trust this company tonkeep their promises.

Only Use If You Want To Be Disappointed!

I would urge you to think again before using this lot. ordered flowers and paid extra for the guaranteed delivery. don't bother wasting your money. flowers did not arrive on required date and when contacting them they could not give a jot. pay a bit more and use a local florist. have used loads of on line florists have never experienced this type of service before. they really couldn't care less. website is very misleading with regard delivery.
