Do yourself a favour - have nothing to do with this bank - they LIE to you.
When you go in the branch and speak to an advisor they'll promise you everything, then when you get the paperwork sent to you in the post it's all different. When I took the papers into the branch no-one could help me sort it out and the person who spoke to me in the first place couldn't even tell me what was going on. It took me 3 months to unravel it all and I must have spent about 5 whole days on the phone to the Customer Ignoring Line they have set up. Don't touch them.
