Customer Service Agent Not Helpful At All

When I called customer service for assistance because after booking the flight online it was given an error, or not processed, I asked her why and she said it was because the flight was sold out. I asked her why is it on the website as still available then? This is false advertising. She said it takes time to have the system refresh. I asked her "how long?" She didn't answer, I thought she was still helping me on the computer to find something else for me, but she was quiet. After a few minutes she spoke again and said "hello?" & I answered to her "yes, I asked you for how long does it take, but you didn't answer me" then after only a second or two she disconnected the call.

For your information, it was NOT sold out. I tried it again online and purchased it. I even have a confirmation number. I would not want to call by phone for help again if the agent will be useless or not wanting to help at all. This is why. I chose to rather do things myself online to not have to deal with this lack of wanting to help a customer.

Upset Customer.

I have written an excellent review of how easy it was to use CheapOAir but this one is not that way. It is when I needed to deal with talking to an actual person things were not good. My ticket was to fly home from Ukraine. My plans had to change and I not only wanted to change my ticket but to another date but wanted to add 2 more oneway tickets to it. The first person I talked to said that my ticket is none refundable. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He connected me to a lady and she attempted to do what she could, so it appeared. She first told me it would cost $850 for all the tickets. Then she came back and said that it would cost $350 plus the price of all 3 new tickets. They kept me on the phone for over an hour. I finally asked that if she were a supervisor that she could do better than that if they wanted to keep a customer. She explains to me that she was not a supervisor. So the first person lied to me in getting a supervisor on the phone for me to speak with. I hung up right then and called another company. Sorry CheapOAir, you lost a customer and any further customers from my mouth.

Very Best Customer Service From Diana Rose

I was despairer how my children could come with full assistance from Ivory Coast to UK as their never Travel for long distance and with all this Transit from plan to plan it will not be easy for them.I find Travel house on Google and an Angel Travel Consultant Diana Rose, she find for me the best and cheap flight with children full assistance she was kind helpful very very good and nice, calling me all the time to give all the informations she was so patient with me, honesty I feel like she was member of my family she took all my worry away. From my heart I will recommend Travel House and in particularly Diana Rose to anyone in the World who want to Travel

In General The Airline Customer Service Agents Are

In general the Airline Customer Service Agents are angels in a daft uniform. We work shifts, little or no overtime and in my opinion, for not enough money, no bonus and no thanks from our employer. Customers can be very abusive and I have received no support from the airline itself so far.

However, there is something that gets us up every morning and that is the customers we help. They can be very grateful and thankful for the help they receive.
