I am very disappointed with my purchase from Zara. They sell defective clothing, and they provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never write reviews but I am really upset that I wasted my money with this company and i just want other customers to be aware. They sold me ripped jeans that ripped completely when I wore them for the first time. they refused to return them and the customer service reps are unprofessional who will tell you anything. Please be aware of this company.

Zara has a vast range of larger-size boots, dress shoes, and sandals, as well as more common-sized shoes. Even they sell widths that are difficult to find in other markets.

Their clothing, shoes, and accessories are fantastic; I think that they provide excellent value for money and have a wide range of styles. I still notice so many things I want to purchase if I go to Zara because they have some of the nicest clothes in the best condition, but their pieces can be very expensive.

Zara provides you some trendy and cool outfit options. High quality clothing materials. Wide range of collections of basic day to day t-shirts and pants to high end designer dresses they have all type of clothing options. Amazing, products and i really love this brand.

09.09.2019 I visited the store at Brompton road at 20:00pm. I went there after work just to get the coat and I was quite happy because I find it very quick as I had very long day at work . However , I went to the till to pay and while I was paying I dropped little feet medallion (Gold pendant) with little stone on the side that I had in my wallet. I kept it in my wallet because my necklace broke and I did not want to lose it. However, I noticed that and I put the medallion ( pendant) back in my wallet. There was also used tissue and because I was in the rush I got confused and I asked the lady that was serving me if that tissue was mine as I was thinking if its mine would be so rude to leave it. She shocked me when she replied “ NO the tissue is not yours and the medallion (pendant) that you took is not yours either, I think is previous client left”. It made me really upset as I had to explain myself, I do have a prove where I bought it. And it has very strong meaning as is holding memories of my baby that passed away. The girl said that its ok I can take it if I think is mine! I don’t think, I am sure it is! I left the store with the tears in my eyes as the last thing what I want to explain such a painful and private thing to the sales assistant. I work in customer service myself at Harrods, and I never heard that someone would be so unethical and treated as a burglar just because their drooped and picked up their personal belongings from the floor.

dont buy online, they dont send a returns note, go instore to return, wont expect copy of email, rang customer services, said they wont post a returns note to me, have to print one off, dont have a printer, told to go to the postoffice with pic of email, did this, post office couldnt scan the barcode, rang customer serive they said would send a courier to collect it, would be 2 days, day 1 still no courier its raining parcels had to be on the step now 1 day, still waiting for courier, nothing but a total nightmare, i said what can you offer me for all the inconvience , nothing they said just free delivery off next order, next order they must be joking..

Totally disgusting customer service! I purchased an item in store to be delivered the next day, however it did not arrive because the delivery date was set to Wednesday 26th September, 2018. No delivery was received on the supposed delivery date, and when I called customer services they confirmed it has been 'lost in transit' and I would get a refund. They made me wait an additional 48 hours to send my case to the relevant department who say that I have to receive an email link to get the refund. I've called 3 times and no email has been received, despite being told that an email was sent on 29th September, 2018, Monday 1st October, 2018 and again today (Tuesday 2nd October, 2018). Absoloutley UNACCEPTABLE service, do not recommend them at all! I will be in contact with an alternate dispute resolution service.

awesome fitting. it gives you celebrity feeling. compare to other brands much much worthy. basic tshirts ,chinos and shirts are in reasonable rates ..i forget to mention about sneakers superb look classy style just love this brand ..i highly recomending you guyz....

I have always had the worst treatment at the Zara store in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. I have visited several Zara stores in Europe and in Mexico and the service has always been OK, not excellent but OK. However, the store in Tyson's Corner is beyond belief!! The staff is rude and will not help you and OMG...the lines to pay are unreal! Doesn't Zara train its staff to be nice to customers? Why can't they help or even answer a question courteously?? Every single time that I have gone in that store the experience has been the same!! I guess I finally learned my lesson....will NEVER visit that store ever again!

Zara has the most awful costumer service ever! The return policy is terrible. No refunds and returns for over 30 days. I tried to return an item 3 times at the store. The lines were over 30 min long every time. So my last attempt was unsuccessful as expected. I called costumer service line and they with no results. So now I'm stuck with the items that I dont need. So unless you know you will be using or wearing something from that store-DO NOT SHOT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just came back from Zara after trying to return two items I got for Christmas. One didn't fit the other was poor quality. I was advised as over 30 days they wouldn't return. I explained as it was a Christmas present I didn't get until 11 days after the purchase and surely they extend the returns policy for Christmas as a lot of people will have the same issue. I told them I had been away and this is the first opportunity to get into the shop (some people cant go shopping every weekend) - they didn't care and said it is a strict 30 day policy. The manager told me I should contact customer services. So I called CS straight away after I left the shop and he just said No it is a strict 30 policy and there is no flexibility or extension for Christmas. So why tell me to waste my time calling when they knew that would be the answer. I have shopped in Zara for years and my wife spends a fortune in there but I wont be going back. So Zara could have just swapped the £45 worth of clothes and kept two good customers but seems they don't care about that. I guess now I will have to squeeze into the top that doesn't fit (or hit the gym) and sew up the jumper where the seam is faulty. Nice one Zara!

I was purchasing a pair of sandals at Upper Canada location where I was informed by the manager that they can not sell those because they were last year collection? I’ve asked them why they put them on display if they can not sell them? She said that it’s a mistake and they are unable to sell them and they have to damage them. When I told her that I’m in retail and the bottom line for all companies is to make money and keep customers happy she laughed in a rude manor and said each company has its own policy! I’ve called their customer service number and they agreed that it was the stores mistake to put those sandals on the floor for sale, however they did nothing about it.

Shop assistant sold me the wrong parfum in zara white city and didnt want to exchange it or refund it. Staff dont know what they are selling and parfum section is very messy. I want my money back and customer servise says becouse i open it at the till after i pay I cant have my money back? Never again shoping in zara

Order was not received despite paying extra for next day delivery. Difficult to get hold of customer services. When i did i got told 2 different excuses. Three weeks later still waiting for a refund. I have compained and they accepted liability but not refunded me. Outrageous customer care. They lied to me too.

I have just been shopping in Zara Bolton and where I found the clothes to be great the customer service and the cleanliness of the fitting rooms were not. The tills on the ladies department had 2 members of staff on which would have been fine except for the fact that not only do you use those tills to purchase clothes from the store but it is also where you collect you ordered online parcels from which means that one of the members of staff is constantly dealing with that therefore only one person on the tills. Long queues. The changing rooms are the dirtiest I have ever been in. All sorts of rubbish all over the floors and pretty sure they have not been cleaned all week. :-(
