K Cider

This drink is fabulous, but you must be aware of its strength, I have drank it for years but not continually, I wish pubs sold it as it is no stronger than some of the other ciders and beers on sale

Purchased a 4pack of K Cider (440mls) from Morrisons and have just tried to have a glass of it. It tastes horrible and nothing like the K Cider I have had previously. It has a funny sweet taste and couldn't drink it. Yet I bought a pack of 500ml K Cider from a local store and it was lovely.Why should the taste be so different?.

not such a bad tasting drink compared to Tennents and White Lightening but K is no different from all the other street drinkers favorites . my childrens mother gave up on them in favour of this fortified beverage and the culture attached to it, park benches and so on , K is obviously a very special tipple that's too good to resist !

K cider is a very satisfying product that's not harsh on your stomach.

I first tried 'K' cider when I was in my 'teens - approximately 20 years ago. I remember little of that time other than that the can itself looked rather cool. Fast forward a number of years and I happened to spot 'K' in the local off-license and decided - on a whim - to revisit this drink.

The first thing I noticed about 'K' was how good it tasted; not as sweet as things like Strongbow and certainly with a more pleasing aftertaste.

The second thing I noticed about 'K' - after about 2 cans of 500 ml each - was how strong it is (8.4%). Three cans in and I was battered. Somehow the cans design (black with a discreet 'K' in red) made me feel that this wasn't on a par with drinking Special Brew or Tennants Super, but was somehow a much more sophisticated affair. Half way into the forth can I realized that this was trite, I was wasted, and that bed was calling.

The hangover was surprisingly not that bad. I'll no doubt be back for more soon.

I used to drink 'White Lightning' for many years, and I thought a change was due, as you do, so I chose 'K Cider'. It's lovely, and I can't think of a better drink. After drinking 'K' for the last 4 years, my health has deteriorated drastically. My arteries leading to my heart are severely blocked, I have extremely high blood pressure, along with a cholesterol level that is OTT. I do regular exercise and generally eat healthily. I have the occasional takeaway, but don't we all? Why don't alcohol companies state the ingredients on the side of the bottle or can, stating what you're about to drink??!! I think I know why...We would all become a nation of non-drinkers. Although I'm an alcoholic and reducing my daily allowance, if the ingredients were on the can I could give up easily. WHAT'S IN IT?

I used to drink Dry Blackthorn for years, and only tried K cider because there was no Blackthorn on the shelf in the supermarket. Initially, surprised by the strength of alcohol, I only had the odd one. Now I am a seasoned K cider drinker, I won't drink anything else.

Its fantastically tasty, smooth, perfect gas level and strong. I absolutely love it.

I am surprised its not available in the pubs.

K Cider is the best cider available (canned) but not so hot in the bottle and I can`t understand why a weaker cider should cost more and be a smaller measure at that!
