I received an email to say that it had been despatched but no tracking information. IT DIDNT TURN UP. I called them the next day. I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I have never received such appalling customer service as with this company. After contacting them about a 'less than week old' laptop that wasn't working correctly and having got confirmation from the manufacturer that it needed replacing I was told that a new laptop would be sent out the following day and the old one collected at the same time. Stay away, such a bad service, to start with ordered refurbished(as new laptop) from them paid for 12 months insurance and delivery, delivery arranged, msg sent by them that it will be delivered on Tue morning, by DX delivery company unfortunately I missed them with couple of min, email sent from Laptops direct to rearrange delivery- done for the next day. Avoid at all cost ! Bought a new macbook latest model 2019 it arrived with faulty battery/hardware and not fully functioning keyboard. I've been chasing laptops direct for over 3 months now (can you believe it?!) and they still have not replace my unit! You may pay 10 pounds less but its not worth it! How this company can still be trading… How this company can still be trading is beyond me. I ordered an in stock laptop for next day delivery and even got an email saying it was out for delivery. 4 days later no laptop. Called them to cancel order, they said OK I would get refund in 3-5 working days. 8 working days, no refund. No laptop direct no LG I purchase an LG monitor. First the monitor was not as per specification. THe monitor was missing dual controller option which is specified. Absolutely shocking "NOT FOT FOR PURPOSE" products & customer service. I have now lost a lot of my money on three 55" inch smart TVs that are not smart at all. I cancelled an order that I had placed with Laptops Direct before they had dispatch the laptop, however they dispatch it the next day anyway. “Faulty product shipped then awful customer service”

Laptops Direct are quick to take your money but should you need customer service then at that point you will get the run around, excuses, and the kitchen sink in order to not give you a refund. They delivered a defective computer i.e. stone cold dead. “Wrong product sent .... then BAD customer service”

Ordered a Laptop, got sent a computer mouse - contacted customer service who said they would TRY to call me back within 2 days! ... and until they had completed their investigation I would not get a refund.
