Terrible service! The item was on the website "in stock". After 5 days I have contacted Customer Service. They told me that it is actually 5-7 days delivery and "by the way" item is not in stock so they are not sure when it will be delivered. I usually never leave any comments. Ordered a numatic vac which was delivered to the wrong address and evidently signed for. When it hadn't arrived with us we emailed Viking, which we have done now several times. We have spoken to them on the phone. They do not answer any correspondence so I certainly wished I had looked at this page. Change of delivery partner means I won't be using them again. I have happily used Viking Direct in the past, as they have a good range of products at a reasonable price, delivered quickly. However, they now seem to have started using Yodel as their delivery partner and Yodel are terrible -- every delivery I've had through Yodel has been messed up somehow. I have used Viking for many years, I no longer have an account manager, they have tried increasing prices drastically. Look at this dialogue for customer service, it also turned out that the person I dealt with had not left Viking and reverted my price back to the original price. Also don't be fooled by Viking's 99p per ream A4 paper price you can only by this on one occasion. It is the end of the line between me & Viking. I ordered a Henry Hoover from Vikings Website and paid via credit card. After a week I received an email informing me there were problems with the payment method. I rang up asking why, given I had £3000 credit on the card and the hoover was only £127.99 and they said, they wanted me to pay by CHAPS instead of a credit card. I cancelled order the next day 21/07/2016 because I found it cheaper else where with faster delivery. Note that item had not even been processed or dispatched when I cancelled.
