American Golf Discount

I bought a Callaway driver from AG and it was delivered within 3 days. On delivery I was looking for another golf product on a UK website and the driver was priced 15% lower than AG. I called AG and asked about price match as they advertise it and hey presto immediate reduction in price and I received a price match refund within a few hours. Great customer service!.

I was looking to purchase a set of Calloway irons via online but I sent an email to confirm that the iron set was what they were advertising. I got a reply saying YES and that they were GREAT irons. I then made and paid for the irons online and waited, and waited, and waited.

After their delivery time had run out (4/5 business days)I sent another mail asking where they were and over the next 2/3 days I conversed with 4 customer service agents, whose common theme was 'sorry for the inconvenience'.

Eventually, I told them that someone had to get a hold of this and sort it out and then I was told that there had been a 'stock discrepancy' ie THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM!!!

So, a total waste of time but hey they were 'sorry for the inconvenience' and that was all, not even a small sweetener for my trouble. I WON'T BE BACK.

Went in to buy a rescue club and the salesman showed me a few options and let me try each out, bought the cheapest one after his advice, was going in for a callaway the most expensive one but he got it right for me

I bought my husband three items of clothing online, I called their help desk and asked about their returns policy, I was told no problem if I returned the items to my local American Golf shop they would call the help team and a credit to my account would be made. My husband didn't like the goods so I returned as advised (this is clearly explainled on the website) only to be told the items have to be returned to the head office and could take 7-10 days. I took goods back on 26th December today 5th January advised could still be some time.

Customer service shocking Karis on help desk just argues with any correspondences. very poor shopping back up. go else where!

I am so glad i just bought online from American Golf Discount on Ebay a golf bag, 14 way full length divider, i never have a such No.1 quality bag with super happy price, even with free shipping! I recommend you guys to check the Ebay store, maybe you can find something interesting to you, they have a99 golf bags, training aids, umbrellas and other various golf accessories.

American Golf Discount - I have used AGD for years, mainly at Temple Fortune, Kingston and Purley and the difference between them and Nevada Bob's is astonishing. I have never had cause to complain about any aspect of their approach and God knows there are enough chancers trying to flog you golf kit in the world.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, confidence-inspiring, good value etc., etc., etc.!!
