I'm a pastor in Rhode Island, in March I was asked by my oldest daughter if I would fly down to Tennessee the last weekend in May, with my two young sons, to officiate her wedding and was so Honored... “Bad Air Lines”

Bad air lines to use, I just feel so sorry to get some credit cards with AA Advantage, I will stop using them and try to use all of my earned miles before it expires. AA I will never ever book a flight with it. At first when I book my flight using my earned miles every thing looks just fine but later in a few months they keep modifying my reservation and I ended up to wait for almost 24 hours to catch a connecting flight at one stop on the outgoing flight and the same thing for the returning… Read Full Review

The customer service representatives are very rude, and unprofessional. They were with the responding to questions as if I was already supposed to be equipped with the answers. Maybe they've been doing the same job for too long, and are just going through the motions, I believe they don't genuinely care about the customers. I have flown with American Airlines over the last decade since my husband joined the military. I go home to Northern California to visit my family 2-3 times a year. Today I was 5 minutes past my flights check in time by the time I made it to the desk. The desk clerk for AA told me I couldn’t do stand by with my infant and that I had to call customer service. “BEWARE OF AMERICAN AIRLINE SCAMMING”

I had a horrible experience with American Airlines with flight number 779 last Dec 15, 2017. I had a flight from LAX to SAT with a connecting flight in Phoenix. I checked in my 3 luggages that cost me $210 and I had a small roller bag that served as a hand-carry on luggage. “Worst Airline I have flown in 20 Years ”

This airline is horrible. I was supposed to have a flight from San Antonio to Charlotte and then from Charlotte to La Guardia in NY. I got rescheduled twice with an additional connection and we ended up arriving 7 hours later than my original flight. “Continuous Disappointment”

We travel frequently to various destinations within the USA and are becoming disenchanted with American Airlines. In the last three bookings either with our family or with friends we are realizing American Airlines pretty much does what they want after they’ve received your money for an upcoming flight. I mean why book with them when they repeatedly bump your flight for six hours or in one instance move it from 4:00 pm one afternoon to 6:00 am the next morning. “AA employees asking passengers money...”

I was completely shocked last Wednesday 9/20/2017 when an AA employee( Kathya)at Hugo Chavez airport in Haiti asked me to pay her with cash in order to let me fly. She Claimed that I was late when in fact, I was at the airport at 4:05pm and she removed my seat at 4:35pm according to customer service while the flight was scheduled to leave Cap-Haitien at 5:32pm. “Worst airplane seat”

American Airlines new Airbus A321 Sharkletts aircraft has plastic seats that are extremely thin and provide no padding or support. The seats are crafted to allow more passengers to be crammed into coach but they are barely suited to 60 to 90 minute short haul flights. Unfortunately AA is using them for flights as long as 6 hours to Hawaii. I arrived at the airport with two boxes of donations for.children in Guatemala. At the counter after paying to check in boxes, I was told they don't accept boxes. “Greedy Horrible Airline and Really Awlful Food”

This Airline will nickle and dime you to death. Understand the baggage but additional money for an aisle seat? The additional money to get onto the plane faster to assure overhead baggage space? I am a college student who was flying back to the United States from a study abroad program. I went to the airport 4 hours early and was met with very rude and unhelpful staff members. These people have Only their own interests at center. There is no need to be on time, too bad about missing connecting flights...!!
