Sol Pelicanos Ocas

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly, enjoyed my stay there. Food was excellent, there was all different types of food. There was something for everyone the pool is fantastic, very clean. The best thing they wont tolerate noisy people coming in very late and the air conditioning was excellent in the hotel. Loved every minute of my stay there, would go back tomorrow if possible. Bad points, none whatsoever. Me and my husband could not fault it

We stayed at the Pelicanos for a week, and we really didn't want to come home. It's situated in a great place, being close to the beach and close to all the shopping and nightlife. The swimming pools are great, with a separate one for kids with floaties to have fun in. Anyone who leaves towels to reserve sunbeds has them taken away, and not just in the morning but throughout the day. The food was very good, there was a vast selection every day and plenty for the kids too. We didn't see much daytime entertainment apart from waterpolo, so cannot comment on this. We also spent most evenings elsewhere, but the one show we did see in the evening was very entertaining.

Benidorm, Sol Pelicanos Ocas - Plenty of activities going on through the day. Archery, shooting, bowls, keep fit, etc. Also evening entertainment, (we only attended one show which was very good)

Hotel is central, close to the indoor market.

Close to most of the bars etc, as it's on the main strip. All in all, these are lovely hotels with helpful staff who speak very good English.

Sol Pelicanos Ocas are two sister hotels, you will not know which one you are in until you arrive, both are 13 stories high. All rooms have air conditioning, bathroom with shower, safety dep boxes, TV with BBC world, and cnn. The meals are very good with plenty of choice. I cannot comment on the entertainment in the hotel but it cannot compete with what is on offer in the resort. The rooms are serviced every day and are clean and tidy. Both the reception and all staff speak good English and all are helpful.

The Ocas and the Pelicanos are both beautiful, they put on lots of activities to do i.e. French bowls, darts, shooting, shuffle board and entertainment every day of the week. They are really clean and have a great buffet. The pools are very clean but are quite slippery. There is a pool for toddlers and a bar area next to the pool. The rooms are spacious and are very clean. All the staff are very friendly!

Sol Pelicanos Ocas was great accommodation in an excellent location for all Benidorm's attractions. I am a non swimmer and I was never out of the swimming pools as they are not too deep and have stairs going into them at many areas. Plenty sunbeds if towels are put out before 9am they are lifted by a member of staff. You could even go out at 11am and still manage to get a bed somewhere.

Would definitely return to this hotel again.
