My partner and I chose the perfect engagment ring in Fraser Hart after a spontaneous proposal just a few hours before after three hours of trailing every jeweller in LeedsI saw the one and had my heart set on the particular ring after trying it on in store, it was too small, so I agreed to have it resized and was told i would be waiting approximately a week, a little bit dissapointed but reassured my partner paid for the ring. I came online that night and read some really negative reviews that people were waiting weeks if not months for theirs returning. This made me really feel worried that it would be weeks before i could wear my ring and make my announcement! The night after that i looked at my very ring again online and noticed that it had been reduced in price by £250! I was so upset at this I made my partner go in the shop and state how I felt. The lady was very sympathetic and understood that I concerned not only about the wait as they could not confirm a return date and that it had also been reduced. She offered to refund the difference and explained that she would call us back that afternoon to see if there was anything she could do to get my ring sooner, within 25 minutes she called to state there was exactly the same ring that has been delivered that day in half a size difference, off we went to collect it and it still fitted perfectly! The lady that served us in leeds was genuinely compassionate and understanding and I am so happy despite being impatient I got my ring within two days and refunded the difference of the sale! Would defiantly buy from there again. I love the ring it is stunning. Thankyou.

We purchased a engagement ring valued at £4500 therefore it would be nice to be offered a glass of champagne which is normal practice other exclusive jewellers offer. This is something which could make the moment even more special.
