Hi it’s fat Friday and was looking forward to eating my greggs after getting my normal sarnie from the shop on way into work . Only to discover that as I bit into my sausage and bacon sarnie that they had covered my usually delicious breakfast in red sauce instead of brown . To my horror I proceeded to go into anaphylactic shock and nearly choked to death . Fortunately I managed to save myself using one of your milky lattes which saved my life . In future I suggest you brief all your staff on red sauce poisoning and how serious this is and not to mention how angry it makes people and ruins their day . Kind regards Tippa x

A short break on the way home, we stopped on the A14. The staff was nice but the coffee was atrocious! That'll teach me for ordering a coffee at Greggs

the bacon and egg rolls in Gregg's Neilston road shop in Paisley are a disgrace, cold, burnt and looked as if they had been in the pans all night, this has happened before , when I complained the last time I was given freshly made ones that took 12 minutes to make! couldn't wait today so I paid and left after a couple bites, I threw them in the bin 5 quid for that ! come back Aulds .

I use Greggs a lot around Newport town centre. Also in Tredegar south wales. I've always enjoyed their tomato soup and Mexican Baggett. The one in Newport is spot on with the food usually. But today I noticed different staff serving which was no problem. They were happy to help. The only thing was I was not offered a serviette with my food and cake. Maybe to some that don't seem like a lot of fuss. But to me its the principle as they always offer this with cakes normally. Now the one in Tredegar is a bit limits on its products as its a very small shop. My partner wasn't very well on one occasion and suffers with lupus. I went and bought her a baguette and asked if they would be so kind as to put a little mayo on it. I explained that my partner was ill in bed and that we were regular customers as I live in Tredegar and use their shop a lot regularly. They said no we cant put mayo on it for you. I even offered to pay for it. But they still said no. I think the customer cutesy is very lack in a majority of these shops. Seems to be the norm these days in a lot of shops and supermarket stores.

Every morning before work I would buy myself a mocha from greggs,as it was the nicest I could find. They've recently changed the recipe & it's horrible! It also takes longer to make. To me it now just tastes like really strong coffee with a hint of chocolate also a lot of greggs I go to usually have a busy shop & only one employee serving.

Went to greggs in BURNLEY and the staff at the mall store was rude, had terrible manners and the customer service was appalling!! I tried to speak to the manager who was just as bad.. She didn't listen to my complaints and was not interested in resolving the issues I had regarding the food. I also tried speaking to the assistant manager by asking for the area managers details and she too was rude, unhelpful and said that if I wanted to get the area managers details I would have to write to head office and that could take weeks for them to get back to me and said I had to leave the store. The food was aweful, the staff unhelpful, rude and disrespectful and would never visit a greggs establishment again let alone recommend to a friend. Avoid this store at all costs!!!!!!

Only one member of staff available on my last three visits to the Haywards Heath shop. Had to wait in a long queue for over fifteen minutes just to buy a loaf of bread! Gave up and walked out on the last two occasions.

We went to the Wisbech Greggs, having been told it had been refurbished and looked really nice. The refurb has made the layout much nicer and seating is not so crowded. We had a southern chicken roll. This was heated up for us and served on a tray, the counter service was brilliant. However, the sandwich was pretty awful. Far too much chilli sauce contained in it and made it inedible( I like hot food too, but this was way too much) Also the toilets now have a coded access pad on them! I assume you have to ask staff for the code so that only customers use them, only problem was that it was impossible to attract the attention of any staff, they had a huge lunch time queue so were busy behind the counter (no one clearing the tables) I had to leave and take the children up the road to the public toilets. Overall very disappointing.

Its a cold day and therefore a wanted something savoury and hot to eat, asked especially for something hot and was recommended a Steak Bake, which was luke warm and awful. As it is described as a bake, surely this should be served hot!

The Greggs in Newton Porthcawl is really disappointing, when ever I go there there are no cakes no sandwiches, and you have to wait 20 minutes for the pasties to bake, they call themselves a bakers and they don't even sell BREAD, if I fancy something from Greggs I go to town where they are always well stocked with cakes pasties and yes they actually sell Bread !

The company I work for needed a large number of gift vouchers. I tried ringing the main number but ended up dealing with the local shop on Burlington Street in Chesterfield. The service from the Manager was outstanding. She even delivered the vouchers to our office and gave us lots of freebies for the staff.

I work at greggs and I hate it.i have never been so unhappy in my whole life.its true food left out too go cold for way to long.flys on the food and only go in the bin if we see it what about if we dont.management are false.greggs need to employ more staff cause its the team members that have to deal with angy customers when the queue is out the door.work at greggs if you want your whole life messed up cause im now depressed cause of this awfull company.by the way people putting food in the ovens are not trained so yes likely hood that a lot of people are being poisoned by under cooked food is very likely and temperature checks are only carried out a couple of times a day All of this is true and im surprised greggs are still making such a large profit.customers you are being sold rubbish food and the staff are treated like dogs ina third world country.i will stick to my fresh prepared sandwiches from asda.

WHY DOES GREGGS IN BATLEY WEST YORKSHIRE FIND IT OK TO SERVE COLD FOOD AS ITS BEEN SITTING ON THERE SHELVES FOR A WHILE

I've used this shop for quick snacks a lot, but not anymore. I was short changed this morning, without even putting the change in my pocket I could see it was wrong, I told the lady serving me change isn't right to be met with ignorant arrogance explaining I must be mistaken - with a queue behind me I told her no you gave given me the incorrect change. She then went to get a a Sorry excuse for a Manager who refunded me the difference no apology nothing. Training at this store is without doubt lacking the sheer rudeness of these grunts was breath taking!

I can never buy anything from Greggs again for my own safety. Their bread products are actually ok, but a little expensive and I used to like their hot pastry products. However they bake things like pasties and sausage rolls and then let them cool off in a display at above room temperatures, rather than refrigerate them once they are cool. The warm/tepid conditions are ideal for creating a food poisoning issue and after consuming one small beef pastie early this week bought in Orpington I have been sick for four days with food poisoning, diarrhoea, a lot of pain, high temperature and disorientation. All the other food I ate that day was home cooked and shared with others who did not become sick. The consequences for a child, elderly person or somebody with an existing condition could have been devastating if not fatal in some cases. Greggs do not handle cooked food properly.

I had a steak pie and a sausage road and both are piping hot and extremely tasty. I hope that Greggs can open in every train station as their prices are less than 50% of Delice De France and there is more meat inside!
