I think it comes down to the quality of the ingredients - the flavours are just amazing. Its unlikely you will find a better cake designer anywhere in the UK. The design service they provide was very personal and attentive. You can choose from a wide range of styles and mix and match the flavours on each level of the cake. And the final creation was just beautiful. Highly recommended.
