I've used several Help Desk products, Network Streaming Support Desk being one of them. I was impressed overall with the product for a couple of reasons. The first being that it was able to deploy via a host, or by physically installing it. Second, it has a decent interface.
Recently however, there have been several products that have begun to replace Support Desk. Personally, I have begun to use LogMeIn.com's IT Reach. I recommend this for several reasons: No more problems with Dynamic IP…
