When I was enquiring about buying a new computer no other company was as helpful in offering advice nor as efficient in providing and revising quotations. Initially, I was hesitant to do business with such a relatively small & unknown company situated over 350 miles away. However, I was most impressed by the genuine concern to provide personal service and customer satisfaction and the prompt attention given to all my queries. Delivery was speedy and as promised. Most importantly, when things went wrong - the computer was damaged in transit & had been fitted with a different CDRW from the one specified - the company arranged for immediate same-day collection & re-delivered within 48 hours. A subsequent faulty card reader was also replaced without question and there is a technical support line which is answered within seconds and charged at local rate. You will find cheaper but you will not easily find this level of service and commitment.

Initially, I received the wrong goods and assumed

it was just a another rip off.

Due to the low value of the goods I was reticent in complaining but when informed of the error Leapfrog quickly more than rectified my loss.

This company is not a box shifter, they will deal with your problems when they occur. Excellent communication, excellent delivery and speedy response when things went wrong!
