Did not book the amount of people they were supposed to, reused to say sorry then tried to charge the person they forgot to book double. Never again would I book through this company, I found them to be arrogant and very unhelpful.

Went with leisuretime coach holidays and we have thoroughly enjoyed everyone the staff on booking have been helpful and pleasant, we are looking forward to our next holiday in July. The hotels we stayed in the people have been great. No hassle with luggage etc. Well done keep up the good policy. Great Holidays

I have booked through Travelcare in Welling and they have always taken care of me and given me the best holiday advice going.

I have recently visited Travelcare's new website, www.travelcare.co.uk and was really impressed with the new look.
I found it easy to get around and there are plenty of options to choose from, package holidays, city breaks, cheap flights, UK holidays and holidays further afield not for me but you might like flying long distances.
There are some great offers available and although I didn't make my booking online the end, I called the telephone number and received really friendly service from the agent. I would recommend this site and their telephone agents. Great website and excellent service.

I have booked through Travelcare for many years, using their branch in the Market Square Nottingham, and I have had some fantastic holidays with excellent customer services. Since this closed down, I have used Travelcare Direct, and that's where it all goes wrong!

I returned from a holiday to Rhodes in June of this year. The correct documentation did not arrive until 4 days before our departure, and only then because we chased it several times. The hotel was overbooked upon arrival and we were moved. Most importantly, Travelcare had booked four of us on to a flight, but only three of us into the hotel!! This resulted in the hotel not recognising the presence of our baby daughter for the full week. She was not covered by insurance at the hotel, and if anything had gone terribly wrong and there was a search for people, nobody would have looked for her because she could not be registered as a guest.

I have now been trying to discuss this with Travelcare since June. Two letters later and hundreds of hours on hold, and still nobody from the company has bothered to investigate how this can occur. I will not give up until they have given me a full explanation as to how this sort of issue can occur.

When we booked our holiday with Travelcare and came to leave our holiday destination, we were interviewed by customs officers because we had overstayed the visa, through Travelcares fault.

TRAVELCARE'S SERVICE IS EXCELLENT FAR BETTER THAN ALL OTHER TRAVELAGENTS
