I have been a QFlicks (3 DVD) member since August. For the free trial period things were great, next day delivery and fast 3 day turn around. Then when I started paying things went down hill fast. I have over 80 titles in my queue of films that I want to watch yet when I return a DVD they book it in the next day BUT TAKE UP TO FIVE DAYS TO SHIP MY NEXT TITLE and then I also have the delay of the post. When I send a complaint I wait up to a week for a reply only to find that they dont answer any of my points from the email. You just get what seems to be an automated apology saying that your priority has been increased and everything should be ok now. The service seems to get even worse. I am now changing to a new supplier and if you want my advice give QFlicks a WIDE MISS.

As I'm a bit of a movie buff I recently took advantage of Qflicks' 14 day free trial. I was fed up of paying late fees and travelling to the local video store on a Friday night only to find they had a limited selection. Qflicks sends you out a maximum of 3 dvds from a wishlist called Q that you create. My wishlist consists of around 50 new and classic movies and documentaries. As soon as I've watched one I return it in a prepaid enevelope and wait for Qflicks to send me out the next one from my list. Last month I managed to watch 15 dvds for £14.99 a month which would have cost me a bomb at the local store. If it sounds complicated it's not, visit their site - so far my experience has been nothing short of fantastic! Great for those wishing to programme their evenings opposed to watching endless soaps and reality TV - great value compared to video stores and satellite!

I recently took advantage of a 14 day trial with the online dvd rental company qflicks.
I was fed up of paying late fees at my local video store and hopping in the car on a friday night only to be dissapointed at the selection on offer. As I'm a bit of a movie buff, qflicks really appealed to me as it lets me program my night in front of the TV - no more rubbish soaps, reality TV etc. I create what they call a q - a list of 50 or so DVD's - of a mix of current and classic films, documentaries etc. For £14.99 a month they send me my top three choices and as soon as I've watched one I pop it in a prepaid envelope and send it back to them and wait to recieve the next one from my list. The service has been great so far, last month I watched 15 which would of cost me a bomb at the local store. If it sounds complicated, it's not visit the site - it's brilliant, cheaper than anything else I can think of and brilliant for watching those movies you never got to see at the cinema or on video!
