Ordered card, champagne and chocolates for specified day delivery. They did not arrive. Order status stayed at ‘order confirmed’. When I spoke to customer service they said they only become aware of such issues if the customer actually gets in touch. Totally unacceptable from such a huge company. Communication between moonpig, their suppliers and customer non existent. Said I could have a refund and to reorder at ‘no extra cost’? Ordered 3 Christmas cards on 13th December and got charged full amount. As at 04/01/22 the order status for 2 of the cards is still "order printing". The estimated delivery date at time of order was 14/12/21. Haven't had any e-mails or anything to say there was a problem and only found out when I asked my friend if she had had her card, as it was odd she'd not said anything. Totally unacceptable. Beyond useless, should be 0 star. Placed an order for my 3 year old nephews birthday for a card and gift, it did not arrive, complained to customer services as his Baby brother has passed away recently, they said the item was not in stock, but didn’t even bother to tell me at all! What a joke of company.I have ordered twice for 2 speared birthdays with cards and gifts that have failed to turned up. I paid extra for next delivery on these orders and the process update stating dispatched. This was dispatched for 3 days past the date stated of arrival. “Advertising flyers inside cards”

My son's sent birthday cards using Moonpig, arrived quickly, the quality of the cards were nice... But I was disappointed that they put advertising flyers inside the envelope with the birthday cards, advertising flowers and other products... When someone wants to srnd a nice card using this company they are not paying you to stick advertising rubbish on the envelope as well... Very tacky way of doing buisness... I ordered flowers for my mum who is 87 years old she rang on face time in tears saying they just wasn’t nice and when I saw them I was disappointed they were sent in that condition. On their website you have the option to design your own card, on this design page there is a statement " You can customise this card to say anything you want" What you need to realise is that this statement will appear on the face of your card, what you believe you have written on the front face of the card actually appears on the 2nd page ie the inside of the front of the card. Delivered dying flowers to me on Monther's Day and then a lady refused me a refund because it's been over 5 days. I waited and did everything needed to take care of the flowers and so I waited for them to bloom, and instead, they died. The lady refused to do anything and just sent me a link off the internet. I placed an order with Moonpig over a week before the day of our anniversary, According to tracker Yodel said they would deliver by 1215. Now it is 1500 and no sign of the order. Yodel dont know where it is and Moonpig couldnt care less. They say they can do nothing and will not refund unless it is not delivered. They dont even apologise for ruining a special day. Poor all round Unfortunately it has been a while since I used Moonpig but had heard good things. I placed an order, taking into account the small disclaimers about “1-2 day delays at this time”. second time i have ordered from moonpig and its the last time! My wife's birthday so i ordered some flowers, card and balloon. somehow the balloon was deleted from the order and was not delivered. OK so maybe i made a mistake and somehow deleted the balloon myself?? hmm i doubt it but hey i can let that go.
