Have spoke to three different operators and one especially(pity I can't name him was absolutely brilliant and professional helped put me at ease after speaking to 2 other big name suppliers who were not very nice to me.I now have a very good deal from sky and at last can watch my sports live .yippee the only down side is that it took me nearly all day on and off to speak to the online operator but do respect the fact they were exceptionally busy today. “Surprised by bad reviews. They've been excellent with me”

I have sky at home and they have been excellent. When the signal was taking a knocking from the weather they came out for free next day and adjusted the box lwb or something simialar. Their prices aren't the cheapest but they are the leaders of content with far more available. They have Sky Go for all my devices and adding bbc iplayer soon which is amazing. I have now been a Sky customer for over 1 year and I still love it as much as the day its was first installed. The channels are second to none and although it can be quite costly, you get what you pay for. I have the unlimited phone pack which is fab as my sister works in USA and Canada for 6 weeks at a time and I am able to call any landline free of charge. My broadband is through the telephone line and is very reliable. The speed differs between 15-20mb. The only downside is if there is a… Read Full Review

In December it will have been a year since I had Sky installed and I can say now that I am not regretting that decision at all.
My mum (after a lot of encouraging) opted to finally sign up to Sky TV and leave behind her days of Freeview TV. My mum was always convinced that Sky was too much money and a waste. Again, no surprise in seeing people moaning about an excellent service. You get a years guarantee on all equipment, after that, yes you have to pay for repairs. Why? Because Sky give you a digibox for free - it's yours to keep even when you leave the service, the same with the dish. Therefore it's YOUR responsibility! <br> <br>When you pay for a service thats what you expect....a service!! When I had problems I had no service at all!! They asked me to ring back as their lines were busy!!

I have been a Sky Digital Customer for the last three years and I have never had a problem with them. The service has been great and I don't think I could ever go back to terrestrial television after having access to such a wide and varied selection of channels.

Sky have a wide choice of Channel packages to suit all budgets-I am subscribed to the Sky World Package which gives me access to all of the channels including Sports and Movies. The interactive services are a joy to use especially… Read Full Review
