My daughter took out a subscription to Bliss magazine, enticed by the offer of a free gift (perfume, in this case). NO gift was ever received, and the Customer Service department, who can only be contacted by email, have failed to do anything to resolve the metter despite initially promising to send an alternative. I find that they often don't even have the courtesy to reply to emails now (7 months later!). Obviously, I have now cancelled the subscription, as the gift offer came for a six-month subscription and the service has been so poor. Because of this, they have completely lost interest in our case as there is no money in it for them any longer. I am extremely disappointed by the service , and my 12-year old feels really let down. My advice: don't touch Panini products with a bargepole!

Order the subscription back in May as a gift. Have still not recieved the free gift which was a a reason for choosing this magazine. Have received the magazines but all these months on no gift. Whenever I contact customer services robotically they say to wait 28 working days, rather than looking at where the delivery system has gone wrong. Really frustrating just to keep being told this especially as it is for a gift and i keep being asked when the gift will arrive. Very let down and will soon contact trading standards about their misleading sales tactics (no gift ever sent).

I like the true stories in Bliss but i think there is too much vanity. I think it's great but a bit intimidating to ugly people.

It has so much information and it isn't all just rubbish, it's really really fab. A girl's best friend :-)! It needs more posters maybe? Overall, it's great!

Bliss has the main aspects which a magazine should have for teenagers. It has a lot of information in little printed writing so it dosen't really catch the readers attention. Overall though it is a very well brought together magizine.
Many thanks.

I love bliss mag, it has plenty of quizzes, real life stories and embarrassing moments. its has an agony aunt section near the end, which i love and find that it help. Fab free gifts too. I'd love it if the models in the fashion parts looked like they are natural girls you see in every day life. Not every one who buys the clothes are thin and they need more pocket money prices too !!!! dont get me wrong though the clothes are fab. soz i ranted a bit :( Fabulous mag in general, I buy it every time, if I see it!

Bliss is my favourite magazine. I read about 20 magazine a month but it stands out because it has a bit for everyone, from sporty teenagers to girlie-girls.

Bliss has a well-laid out, easy going sort of style. It has brightly coloured fonts to make the information stand out and makes it easier for us to read. It has various different sections including: Fahion, Make-Up And Beauty. Letters, and, Celebritiy Interviews. I think the most interesting section would have to be the Celebritiy Interview section where you can read about all your favourite celebrities and find out all sort of cool stuff about them. They also have a real-life section where you can read the most in-depth and sometimes horrifying and saddening stories that you would ever read. I think Bliss is the best magazine in the world and is should never stop being published.

Me and my friends buy Bliss magazine because it gives us advice that we are too scared to ask for because we feel embarrassed and too ashamed to ask. It also has useful contacts that we could use whenever we do need advice.

I don't feel that Bliss magazine is suitable for any young girl under the age of 14 years; even that may be young (have you read the content)? I was most shocked to receive a copy from my cousin who is eleven (myself being 20) as she had finished reading it and wondered if I wanted it. I was horrified to see some of the adult content. I thought it was absolutely disgusting, and I feel it should definitely have an age limit on it for parents to see.

Bliss is the U.S. magazine for the UK. It's really useful for health and beauty tips, and also at a reasonable price.

I think that the Bliss magazine team all write well, and they use a mature and sophisticated language and don't talk to teens like they would talk to a young child. Their writing styles revolve around the topic they're covering; say if their interviewing someone, they use a chatty style of language but use humour as well. Whereas, if they're printing someones personal story and they comment on it, they use an understanding style of language and are kind, I suppose.....

Although I don't think that teen mags are published to be as good looking as the mature ones i.e. Elle, and Cosmopolitan etc... Bliss is simply the best out of all of them. It has useful freebies every month. The articles are closely related to teens, and I just love all the fashion and beauty advice! It doesn't have as many pages as Vogue (possibly because it doesn't have as many ads), and it is relatively small, but for £2.10 I think I can tolerate that!
