I placed an order with Teleflora for delivery of flowers for Mother's Day for my Mother-in-law that lives in another state. I placed the order 4 days before Mother's Day and selected next day delivery so the flowers would be there in plenty of time prior to Mother's Day. I brought flowers for my gran in USA due to mothers day. The shop in UK let me down two days before so i was really stressed out. My husband ordered these flowers for our daughter before noon the day before Valentine's Day. According to their website, all orders placed before noon were guaranteed to be delivered by 4:00 pm Valentine's Day. Guess what? Didn't happen! Flowers were delivered the next morning. I don't believe you will get any satisfaction from them. You will have to dispute the charge. In my case I was fortunate to have paypal block the charge, as it was pending. My card company believed I would win in a dispute, but then I took care of it through paypal before the charge was posted. My mother's Mother's Day flowers were not delivered but they sent out the phony confirmation email at 2 minutes before the 7 PM deadline. I'd already tried to deal with them through customer service 3 times but they would not help or would not answer the call. Everyone on here should avoid wasting their time dealing with them, rather go directly to financial institutions and get the charge canceled or refunded. As people usually send flowers for emotional reasons, you will have no problems. Everyone at banks and PayPal have mothers, etc.
