Panda Internet Security

Incompatibility with Windows 10 contributed to crashing my harddrive. Panda Technical "Support" acknowledged this and suggested reloading Windows as a possible fix! Reloading the OS to make their lousy software work!

I've written repeatedly to Customer Service (sic) and they won't reply; they just keep sending the same tech reply through Tech support.

And this was my 2nd year as a paid user.

AVOID at all costs!

10/05/15 I paid $300.00 for a lifetime plan with Premium Technical Support. 11/24/15 after receiving prompts that updates for applications I had been using were being blocked, I contacted Panda who said I needed to download Panda 2016. 12/28/15 my computer froze up with a blue screen & after shutting down, unplugging then contacting Panda they told me my problem was not covered & additional money was required. I told them to uninstall & I have had no problems since. I would not recommend this program to ANYONE!

Really not worth the money if you already have Microsoft security essentials. But ok for those who have different requirements.

Slows my internet from 60mb/sec to 25 Mbit/sec AND the customer service is not able to fix the problem, they have stopped replying to my emails.

Bought it recently as it was on offer, installed and my browsing experience became a nightmare. Emailed them on numerous occasions, they tried to resolve, which i appreciated and tried to go for, but it changed nothing. Asked for a refund, and then it all began. They requested some details of where and when i bought their security system, to which i responded about 5 times, then they sent me exactly same emails and said that the case is now being closed as i never responded. I doubt very much they didn't get my replies, as i still kept receiving their identical emails.

Very unsatisfied customer, not to mention i haven't even used their product for 5 days, but still paid for it, and been ignored and left with no product and no refund. Would never again even think of using their services or products!!!

I installed Panda about a week ago. I had problems understanding why it didn't install a Desktop icon for Panda. Instead, I was directed to

I would not recommend installing this product. Most of the time it's fine (after all, it's supposed to run in the background and not be noticed). Once, however, the auto-update failed and required me to manually download and install the full client. It manifestly failed to do so, citing the fact that a previous uninstall hadn't finished. After trying everything tech support suggested, including editing Registry entries, I had to concede defeat and opted for AVG's free scanner.On my other PC, again the program worked relatively quietly in the background (whilst consuming a vast amount of RAM it has to be said). When it came to the end of the subscription however I was bombarded with 'information alerts' on the desktop that I couldn't find a way to stop (there's an option to turn them off but it obviously doesn't apply to those ones)! That, along with the emails stating how I *must* re-subscribe *now* to even use the program at all (surely I should be able to use it even without virus & program updates if I so wish?) made me make the decision to uninstall and try something else.Not impressed.

A great value software package that remains 'in the woodwork' unless it detects a virus and/or spyware. The way a protection security pack should be. Norton came preloaded on many pc's i've owned and i've found it slows down the system and renewing is difficult with poor customer service - McAffee never stops popping up notices and offering upgrades but panda is always there and just working away in the background - it's a shame it's not acheiving such widespread success than it should.

I have been using Panda software for past 5 years. It picks up and removes all types of viruses including the ones un-detectable by Norton, Macfee, AVG and many others.

Best effective software around.
