I really liked the quality of this Straightener. Very good Straightener for effortless Straightening of the hair. Makes hair super smooth, shiny and straight. Does not harm or damage the hair which is great. Price is also reasonable. So, happy and satisfied with the purchase.

I had my Kodo hair straighteners for 17 years! I used them almost every day and I have a mass of very thick hair. Thank you Kodo :)

I've had my kiddo straighteners for about maybe 10 years now, perhaps longer, and they're still going strong. Great results, leaves hair really nice and straight for a long time. I'm thinking of buying ghd's next as obviously these aren't going to last forever, but not because these aren't amazing, I just want to see if ghd's live up to the hype.

I certainly could not recommend these straightners. I purchased a set and they failed within 6 months. I then received a replacement which subsequently failed within 4 months. They seemed to straighten well enough when working, but unfortunately the reliability has meant I have gone back to GHD's. Have always been happy enough with GHD's but would like a temperature adjustment setting on them.

Firstly i would just like to say that i previously owned a pair of koda before these and they lasted me 6 an half years. I think they are brilliant same performance as ghd but a far better price tag. Results on my hair are nice and straight, shiny and lasting effects, heat up quickly and glides through hair without snagging. what more could you ask for! fingers crossed i get 6yrs out of this pair hey!

i owned my kodos for around 8 years, they never let me down, i dropped them and they broke so now i'm looking for some new ones. they heated up quickly even after 8 years. i used them every day. they didnt damage my hair. my sister has ghd and i find my kodos work better and give a better finish then ghd. they made my hair feel healthy and so smooth. i kept expecting them to break as i had had them for so long but i'm sure they would still be working now and lasted for many more years.

Well what can i say these kodo straightners are BRILLIANT ...after searching the net and reading reviews of every straighhtner on the market i decided to go for the creative 2008 model . I have used ghd for many years and mine have just died and due to xmas coming up couldnt afford new Ghds. I bought kodo instead as they are 1/4 of the price . They are just as good as ghds . very easy to use , no snagging and the have left my hair super straight and looking very good if i say so myself :). They are very quick to heat up and you only need 1 maybe 2 gos over hair depending on if you want poker straight hair .. I would highly recommend them to all my friends .. so no more searching ladies buy these they are great only £24 including postage from ebay .

This is my second pair of Kodo's the first pair were the same as the pink ones but in black and they broke within 2 months and were replaced by the retailer because of dodgy wiring. The pink ones are still working 18 months on but the plates dont actually close properly, and the end result is never as good as my hairdresser gets with her kodo's which are the model before mine, I want some of those!!

I have now owned 2 pairs of Kodos, and while they are great at straightening hair, they have both broke before a year, both with electrical faults. They may be cheaper, but probably better to spend more on one good pair of GHD's than buy untold lots of Kodos

Had the Kodo straightners for about 7yrs maybe more, and they were great had bought a cheap pair before them and they were useless! these were great and i loved the fact that i could adjust the heat setting and the long cable. They have just gone dead on me which i was very upset but i will certainly be getting another pair as for value for money you can't beat them.

Kodo Hair Straighteners heat up very quickly. Loved them untill they broke. had them less than a year and they stopped working the red light would'nt come on sent them back took over two months to get a replacement pair and guess what the same thing has just happened to them there seems to be faulty cables on these things problem is im sure its easy fixed if you could get at the part and they wernt cheap at ' 140

My pair of Kodo Hair Straighteners were given to me by my sister when she got GHD's, as my straighteners broke. I can honestly say they are the best straighteners I've ever had! They are not too heavy, they grip hair nicely and heat up quickly. Mine were about 6 years old and have recently broken but I will definitely be getting a new pair shortly its just choosing which ones I want to get. My friend that used them owns GHD's she said they are better at curling hair than GHD's. They are quite cheap and I would choose them over GHD's anyday.

I love Kodo straighteners! I bought my pair through a friends mum who worked in a hairdressers 6 years ago for £42 and they have never let me down, until yesterday they died. I have used GHD's too in my time but they never compare to Kodos. I am definately going to buy another pair.

I have had my Kodo's for 6 years and bought them from my hairdressers for £85. I use the straighteners more or less everyday as I have fizzy thick hair and these are fab for me. They heat up quick, are light weight and fantastic value. Unfortunately today they died on me half way through doing my hair and borrowed my friends GHDs, which were fine but much prefer my Kodo's, so off out today to purchase another pair.

I had my previous Kodo's thorough my hair dressers 6 years ago and paid £110. I have really thick frizzy red hair and they worked perfectly, i used them about 4 times a week, there was no need to use them every day as they did a perfect job. Heated extremely quickly and stayed the same temp throughout use.
I have contacted the seller and will be sending them back and i am not satisfied with the product. I am now on the look out for new ones. I have been informed that FHIs are quite good so may try them. I would recommend the old version 10/10 but as for the new 6/10

I feel annoyed that people are putting on here that they keep getting split end etc, i believe they may have had the temperature too high (the full 210 degrees is for thick curly hair) as for snagging i have never ever had this problem, i really think that they are straightening their hair wrong! Kinks?! With Kodo's there are none. I would recommend Kodo's over GHD's.

I have had my Kodo Hair Straighteners for over 5 years, I have used them at least 3 times a week sometimes more and they have been fantastic. They given up the ghost today but I shall definitely be getting some more.
Very good value, my pair have lasted me over 5 years without any issues at all. I have used them constantly, I will be buying another pair.

I have had two pairs of Kodo hair straigtners. This pair I got threw my hair dresser nine years ago and they were great they lasted for about six years, better then the ghds. But the second pair was not so good. They weren't straighten properly still had kinks in your hair, too twice as long and about two yeors they gave out. Please try improve your brand as you are affordable price for striaghtners.

Kodo Hair Straighteners - I have very thick and natural curly and frizzy hair. I had struggled to find the best hair straightener for me and I had bought many many of them however they had seemed to be useless because when I only went out my hair started to wave etc.
Kodo is the best. It keeps my hair straight for long, even GHD was not good enough for my hair. I'm definitely happy with them. Plus they are not as expensive as GHD. In my opinion GHD are a bit over rated.

I love my Kodo hair straightener's. I bought them as a back-up to my GHD's (which were constantly blowing up on me) - and soon reverted to using my Kodo's every day.
I've had them 3 years now and love them to bits. They've never, ever let me down, and don't pull or snag my hair like my GHD's did.
I'm hoping to get a Kodo Sakarra for christmas which is meant to be the best yet, but as for my creative, I can't fault it at all.
