I recently bought this foundation at target, and I instantly fell In love with it. I have a warm skin tone and so I checked the L'Oreal Paris"official website to find the right match for me, and it said I was a " sand beige". So I went to target to purchase the foundation. Unfortunately, it was a much lighter color than my skin:( Anyways, I checked the foundation next to it, which was "FRESH BEIGE W4.5" and it matched me perfectly. I bought the foundation and applied it at home with a foundation brush from ELF, and I loved how natural looking it looked on me and the full coverage on my face! None of my dark acne spots showed! Bye-bye concealers!

used lancome mac and clinique for years, didn't feel like going to the mall to get it so bought this instead....never had much luck finding make up that matched my skin but the w7 matched perfectly and provided the exact coverage i loved. The foundation doesn't last for a long of amount of time. but I would definately recommend to everyone especially people spending tons of money on foundation because there are cheaper solutions that work just as well!!!

i have actually got nothing bad to say about this product!! its fantastic, a lot of people told me to use Revlon Colorstay, iv been using Revlon for about a month, and its pretty good, however it does tend to look cakey. So i decided its time for a new foundation, a few years ago i did use Mac however it broke me out sadly :( recently i moved onto Loreal True match by hearing a lot of good reviews on the product, i then decided to use it myself, and what can i say? I ADORE IT!! best foundation EVER!!! i have been on a foundation hunt for over 4 years now, and i had my fair share, i have to say this one is the best, i use C7 and it blends into my face so well its almost as if i have nothing on! its easy to take off and gives a flawless finish! i have pretty awful skin, sadly however using this foundation covers up everything on my face. I LOVE IT and will continue using it, the price range is pretty fair for the product, for me it gives a medium-full coverage, and overall is perfect if you want flawless natural looking skin :)

I love this L'Oreal True Match! I went to work and had forgot my department store foundation, and ran over to the drug store and bought true match. I can not tell you how impressed I am with it!! I have dumped my $50 dollar department store foundation for this product, because I have now found my true match:))

I guess each foundation is suited to a different skin type, but this for me? is just a no. I have generally smooth skin with blemishes here and there, and this makeup just caked around the nose, lips and eyes. But what bothered me most is it always became orange and patchy after 5 minutes of applying. it did not stay the same colour!

Once u find the right tone for your skin this foundation is very good.It looks super natural(people don't believe i have make-up on!).But...i'm afraid it's no good when medium coverage is what ur looking for.i would definitely recommend it to any1 who wants a fresh, healthy look.

I decided to purchase loreal true match because the color on the bottle was very close to my skin (w8) it looked fine when applied and went in smoothly...first annoyance was that it took so long to absorb then i in the subway I noticed people staring at me strangely so i stared them back , like wanna take a picture it will last longer? lol....anyways when i got to the office to my horror the color had changed and it looked sort of grayish and my skin is normally like a light honey/caramel complexion....i'm glad i brought my "old" makeup just in case so this sh*t is getting washed off as soon as i finish typing this and back to cvs it goes!

L'Oreal True Match is thick compared to my CG tru blend, which takes getting used to, but i find it has great coverage, it covers my discoloration left from acne. i love that its oil free, non-comdegenic. i will say that it is hard to find the right shade. i bought 2 shades and still arent 100% happy but i just need to try a new shade i guess. i also love love love that it has spf, just makes my life easier. it does rub off on clothing if u wear collars or what not. it is blendable but just dont put too much on or youll feel like a birthday cake.

i usually really love the products from loreal. but after this experience i will never use a foundation from that brand EVER again. when i first applied it (creme beige - true match) i soon realised it was soo cakey, and to cover up ANY imperefections I had to literially apply like 5 coats. i had to apply it at least every 2 hours, which was sooooo time consuming. it looked desqusting on me - and none of the shades matched my skin colour.

i bought the closest colour to my skin and it turned out pinky-orange and you could really see where the make up wasnt applied on my face and neck. it doesnt cover pimples or faint freckles, its only okay for evening skin tone. i hate it, and would never recomend it. im so dissapointed ive switched to mineral foundation - much better.

Being that I'm a MUA, I'm always looking for a great product for my clients. My motto is: If I won't wear it; my clients won't. I love the way this LOreal True Match foundation glides on smoothly. I feel it gives the dewey finish without having to do too much. I plan on using this on my next photoshoot just to see how well it photographs. Once I see those results I know this will be a product worth keeping for my clients for years to come!

At first, it is hard to find the right color for your skin type, but eventually I found the right shade. I really liked the way it matched my skin very well, and I didn't have any problems with it drying up before I could blend it. However, after a few hours, I would look in a mirror and find to my horror that my nose and the area around that were very shiny! I would either have to reapply or use rice paper to take off the excess oil. It would also rub off on my clothes, a definite negative. I now use Revlon Colorstay for Combination/Oily skin. It doesn't rub off my face that much, stays on all day and doesn't make my T-Zone shiny at all! Overall, this product is not good if you have combination/oily skin, and I definitely would not purchase LOreal True Match again, because it is not the right type of foundation for my skin type.

I have morning skin care routine. After I washed my face, applied moisterizer, then I put on W2 Light Ivory liquid foundation (True Match) on for two different days. I have radiant, beautiful, no problem skin. I am a school teacher, my face has been looked at by students, administrators, and parents, and colleagues daily. This product is not meeting my expectation at all. I switched to Cover Girl, True Blend, which is smoother, no mess, no frustration in the morning. Please improve the texture of True Match.

LOreal True Match - It's took me quite a while to find a foundation that i actually like - most seem to look orange. when i saw the true match foundation i thought i would try it, despite the price. it's one of the best foundations i have ever used. its really easy to apply and looks really good. it's definitely worth the price - if you want a good foundation to match your skin this foundation is perfect for you and i would definitely recommend it!

When using L'Oreal True Match, make sure you use enough moisturizer; especially if you have dry skin. True Match tends to dry the second you apply it so allowing a little moisturizer to remain on application of the product makes your foundation a lot easier to blend. Furthermore, I think using a foundation brush really eases application; again, especially because it dries so quickly and you end up using a lot less. After applying with a brush, use a sponge to further blend the makeup. Using powder is also beneficial, especially if you have oily skin, as True Match tends to develop shine after a few hours. All in all, I would recommend buying this foundation, provided you follow these few steps before and after application.
