Thai company used to be good, but since last year, is terrible. They don’t deliver your goods, they don’t want to give you refund and awful communication. No way to get an answer or feedback. To be avoided

Ordered a product which was refused by Irish Customs as the order did not have the correct declaration papers. Product was sent back by customs. There was no notification while purchasing that the item could not be shipped to Ireland. I have asked Biovea for a refund and they have refused twice and only offer store credit. Which is obviously of no use considering their products won't make it to Ireland. Think this site is bad news already from the communication I have received. A refund should be processed immediately with issue such as this. Do not purchase here.

Very Disappointing: I purchased my items from Biovea [Order number: 43076666] on June 30, 2021 and it was estimated to be delivered between July 8th and 14th. I have been following up as well from quite some time now. I have not received any package yet and today; I receive an email my order is delivered. I am writing this review so other people don’t waste their money by ordering from them. Next step would be filling a consumer complaint as if this doesn’t get resolved.

** DO NOT ORDER PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!! **. After buying supplements from this company only to have them arrive nearing their expiry date I contacted Biovea to process a return. I was instructed to ship the products back and they would issue a refund once the products were delivered by UPS. Biovea does not have a phone number, THIS IS BY DESIGN! UPS will not ship products without a contact number and they know this. UPS managed to find a number that they could list on the return. The package was delivered back to BIOVEA at my cost and UPS provided a confirmation. BIOVEA fails to acknowledge UPS's confirmation and refuses to provide a refund. So not only am I out the product cost but also the UPS return shipping costs now. I highly recommend you shop for products elsewhere.

Yes it's true! BIOVEA.COM has a 75 day non delivery policy, before they will consider offering a refund! Their deliveries are notoriously unreliable. I have waited several weeks in the past, as they ship from USA. My order was placed on 28th DECEMBER 2020. It shipped on 29th DECEMBER 2020. Estimated delivery according to BIOVEA.COM: Estimated Delivery Range: 06 January 2021 - 12 January 2021 It's now 15th FEBRUARY 2021. Tracking information indicates it is still in the USA, but it is becoming patently clear that BIOVEA.COM have no idea where my order is and if it will ever arrive. This is in spite of having tracking information. I have followed up several times BY EMAIL and have received the usual lame excuses: 01/02/21 BIOVEA.COM write: "We apologise for the delay with your order. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has disrupted international logistics and as a result, there are fewer flights available to transport cargo and longer wait times at borders. This is the reason why your tracking details have not updated as quickly as in the past. Your package is still in-transit and the tracking information will update once our shipping partners have cleared the package through customs. We thank you for your patience during this difficult time." 18/01/21 BIOVEA.COM write: "We apologise for any delay with your order. Your package is in-transit with UPS now. Their tracking details will update to show when your package has processed through customs." =========================== I have no idea if BIOVEA.COM have followed up with UPS. I have asked them, but got no reply. Then came the big shock, after I asked for a refund! Consider this if you ever order throuh BIOVEA.COM =========================== On 05/02/2021 14:51, BIOVEA wrote: "We apologise again for the delay. Anyway, buyers beware. If your order gets delayed or lost, you will have to wait 75 DAYS before they will even think about issuing a refund. I wonder if the credit card companies agree! I lost 450 USD. They charged my credit card, failed to deliver any products and refused to give me a refund. Nasty company. The owners are based in Arizona USA and are called wrgroup.com WARNING!

Please stay away of this company. I live in Ireland. I ordered some beard products back in Nomvember last year. They were supposed to be sent from Ireland and be delivered within 15 days. The product was sent from somewhere in the US, a place I actually never heard before. After trying to contact them many times they told me tjeir deliveries may take up to 90 days and thay I had to wait 90 days, that was never mentioned when I made the purchase. After waiting more than 90 days I asked for a full refund trough email since the product was never delivered. I asked many times for a contact phone number but they just ignored my questions and kept answering me like if an automated machine was answering my emails. After many emails, I guy Emailed me stating that a credit was given to my online Biovea account. I dont even have an account with them, I purchased the product as a guest. I kept asking for assistance, I even said to them if they could re send the product that wouldn't be any problem even tho I waited many months. I begged the representative to have some empathy and built some rapport with me cause they kept answering me like if I was talking to a robot. Not answering my questions, ignoring my requests and repeating the same over and over. Until nowadays January 27th I still havent got anything back from them, they dont even answer my emails anymore. But they kept my 50 euros. Dont buy from this company

Avoid this company at all cost. They will charge you for products the never will deliver. At trustpilot more than 25 000 customers will confirm and authorities in many countries are investigating the activities of this company. Avoid them at all cost.

I made an order with Biovea and paid through bank transfer. They sent the order and the order was stopped by customs and returned back to Biovea. One month ago i got their confirmation that the refund will take place but of course that never happened. The support started to claim some claims like "our bank says that they didn`t get the money in the first place" and "we have a problem with the Bank" I wish i had made a bit of a search to realize how this company are. It will be my mission now to make sure people avoid it

There is a reason why this company is so badly rated. I placed an order in 2018, the order never arrived so I cancelled the order and all future auto-deliveries of same. Biovea have kept changing and sending this item to me even though it was cancelled in November 2018 (In 2019 and in 2020). Because you can't send liquids back via regular post (at least not in Europe), sending this item back to Biovea will cost me over 70 euro. You should note that even if you are buying from biovea dot your country domain, you are not buying it locally, everything comes from the one place. Trust me, I have to pay 70 euro to return a product that cost 100 euro, this is a plain and simple sham. I'm expecting one of those copy and paste replies from Biovea staying that one of their customer support team will be in contact with me... well if they're as useless as the one I dealt with already, they can save their time. Either way I will continue to make public any further developments on here and on other social media platforms. You can't let this type of company walk all over you, it's up to us as consumers to help each other and use platforms like this to inform.

Almost 4 months since my order which never arrived. Customer service unwilling to help refused to refund. Unfortunately, only now I read about thousands of other customers experiencing a similar behaviour. I filed an official complaint with Australian Competition & Consumer Commission but they turned up to be based in US and there is not much I can do anyway. It is only about $100 lost but if they regularly do it with thousands of others then it's a big case and hopefully soon should they face a lawsuit.

I believe you should not order from Biovea UK. They are not in the UK! You will pay but never receive your order. That is backed up by so many honest reviews. I never received my order. Very unhappy customer. Beware ofthem.

Just received the product I ordered on 6 April delivered 24 June. I had almost given up but thought it might be because of the very few flights between USA and UK. Sure enough it turned up by airmail. Lots of complaints about non delivery but is this simply down to the delays in air mail because there are not many aircraft flying from US toUK? So if you are waiting don’t give up your product should arrive. Big criticism of Biovea no means of contacting them during pandemic they could at least have put a message on their website about delays in delivery. As far as the Product Progesterone is conCerned I have used it successfully for 13 years

They did not send the order In addition , they want me to pay the order again I cantacted them and they replied that they made ticket code to use it in any further communication Their US website can not be opened from USA citizens

I have used this company for a while without problems, though items take a long time to arrive. I have now realised that this is because they are sent from the states. This is not mentioned at all on their website. I recently had an item I needed to return, and that's when the problems started. They advertise their returns policy, but when you try and contact them, they just ignore you. I'm still waiting...... They have a phone number. Good luck trying to speak to anyone on that. I've also had problems previously with personalised promotional offers which don't work when you try and actually use them. Before I made my purchase, I would like to have known that I would have to wait nearly a month for it to arrive and I would also like to have known about their returns policy claims.

It was easy to make an order and the credential logos on their website fooled me. The Paypal button didn't work. The tracking number didn't work. The date of shipping was wrong. They ignored my request to cancel the order. The item arrived weeks late. The return policy makes it cost-prohibitive to return an order for a refund. Emails are ignored. I would tend to recommend avoiding this entity.

Warning! This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! It’s taken Biovea almost two Months to deliver my products. When I email them they basically answer in a rude way that I will get the items when I get them. I have ordered with them before and it was the same the same then. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. I don’t know if they’re cheaper than other sites, but I much rather pay a bit more than having to deal with this company again.

Biovea is a joke and super unprofessional. They overcharge for their products and shipping. They have zero customer service. I have been waiting for 3+ days for them to get in touch with my to fix a simple issue. They have no phone number with which to contact them and an customer email address they promise to respond with “within 24 hours”. It’s been over 24 hours, multiple emails. This is completely unprofessional. Never ordering from them again.

Biovea has a comprehensive product range at competitive prices. The site is easy to use and shipping is fast and efficient. They also reward you for referring friends and family. I've been a customer for a decade now and have no complaints. On the one occasion an order went missing in the post, the issue was resolved efficiently by their customer service team.
