Sent me the wrong memory despite me using their website to select the 'right' memory for my machine. So I posted it back same day for a refund. But they denied receiving it. It seems I am not the only one to have this problem with them. Funny how the Royal Mail is so unreliable when delivering to their address.

I contacted offtek as I did not know the memory that I needed for my machine. One of there team got back to be straight away with the exact memory I needed and where to find it on there website.

The website was really easy to use, very secure and I got updates on the status of my order.

Also the price was so cheap I could not believe it. I just wish more companies that sold online did it as well as offtek do.

Needed to upgrade the ram on an old pc which kept telling me I was running low on virtual memory and frankly had been running like a pig for some time. Ran the test on Offteks website to determine which ram would be compatable with my pc. Ordered it Sunday,it was delivered free on Wednesday. Computers now running like a dream. No complaints from me!

I would recommend Offtek to anyone interested in buying a memory, the description of the Ram that was suggested to my laptop model in the website was correct and the delivery was in 2 days. I installed the Ram, and the computer worked like a breeze, no hiccups, the RAM was recognized by the computer right away, no problems.

I bought some laptop memory from Offtek which did not work at all.

I returned it straight away but they say they never received it and I should have sent it recorded delivery.

Be warned and don't be as trusting as me.

For a few ponds more I could have got it directly from Toshiba

Offtek sells memory of various kinds - RAM, USB, SD cards, etc., by mail order. The web interface is informative and easy to use. I submitted my order on a Tuesday afternoon, a delivery attempt was made on Wednesday afternoon and I collected the goods from Royal Mail on Thursday. Everything was satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I brought an SD card for my digital camera at Offtek. Got the products next day with no problems at all. Well Done OFFTEK!
