This was our third visit to Austria and so far the best. Hotel St. Georg is a small but friendly establishment where great comaradery develops amongst the guests who are nearly all English people. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the town and is on a steep hill.
The food was great and plentiful and the service really friendly. Once a week wine tasting is offered and this was excellent. There is a small pool and larger sauna area available. There's also an exercise room which is tiny and… Read Full Review

“It took us 26 hours to get there by couch and ferry...”

It took us 26 hours to get there by couch and ferry but man was it worth it 6 days of sking on some of the best slopes i have ever seen. Shame about the prices of drinks up on the mountain though. 3.50 euros for ONE glass of coke… Read Full Review

26 hours by couch? You should've gone by armchair, it would've cut the journey time no end
