I had bought a pair of electronic Salter bathroom scales from Argos that now needed a new battery. It was very difficult to remove the very small screws to release the battery so I took it along to the Galashiels store for help. Two members of staff were very kind and sorted it for me. I hoped to mention them name so they got the credit. Is this not possible?

I have nothing but great things to say about Argos, always an affordable option with a decent range to choose from whatever you're looking for. If I've ever not been happy with a product there has never been an issue returning it. I have only dealt with Argos stores in the Liverpool area, or online. I feel like I can get high quality goods at a fair price when I shop here.

I have visited Argos in Bury and in Bolton in the last few days. I have been greatly impressed by their approach to safety at these difficult times. Most stores see to be forgetting about the danger of Coronavirus however Argos are extremely mindful of the situation. Staff at both Bury and Bolton were polite and respectful while ensuring that customers adhered to the safety procedures that were in place. Thank you Argos for showing such care for both customers and of course, your staff.

I found it very easy to put together and I would recommend you fix it to the wall as it's a bit rocky back and forth and you can have it side ways or long ways and use drawers and cupboards and boxes to make it great and goes well for kids bedroom for lego and toys and bits and bobs and even you could use it for a a big collection you have

I ordered a metal bed and collected it from Homebase which was so much more convenient than the city centre. It was there the next day and was carried out to my car for me. The bed obviously had to be put together and the instructions call for two people and were reasonably clear. Well I live alone so didn't have a second helper. The packing was interesting. I have never seen so much sellotape and it took 20 minutes to get it out of the box. The bed is a bit tricky for one person but I am a stubborn 65 year old woman and with a bit of balancing it on other bits of furniture finished in about 2 hours. This was including a cup of tea in the middle to tell myself I was a competent woman and I could do it. The finished product seems very solid so I am am pleased with my purchase for £119.99.

Ordered on the I/Net, paid with credit card and collected when it was convenient for us. Goods ready and waiting, can't beat that for service. You can't beat Argos service.

Argos south shore Blackpool. 11/12/15. Just wanted to thank the two assistants on the centre till at approximately 3.15 pm. There was a problem with my purchase and these ladies did all they could to solve the problem, which they eventually did. At this busy time of year, I did not expect the ladies to be as caring , cheerful and helpful as they were. Many many thanks to them. If Argos reads this and has employees of the month etc then I would not hesitate in recommending them. Thanks again to two lovely ladies.

It's a shame people only leave reviews when they have had a bad experience. Have used Argos many times and they have always been very helpful, delivery has always been faultless, also if I've not been happy with a product they have always refunded. Not so bad I don't think.

recently bought set of lightweight scales which are easy to use. as i do not use them frequently the amount i paid for them was sufficient. I would recommend them to family and friends because they are light and compact for storage.

I needed a new TV and ordered one online on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm from the Brighton store. By 8pm on the same day it was delivered to the door by a friendly driver. Good product, great price and an excellent service.
